Tom was amazing! Super helpful in finding me what I needed and helping me out to my car! Will definitely be going back to this O'Reilly to see Tom.
Tom's the man, always helps me find the right part. I've even called him while standing in another store where they said they couldn't get the part. Thankfully Tom takes the time to dig a little deeper to find the right parts.
They were very helpful with free battery and alternator testing to identify the problem with our car.
Very rude staff. This is honestly the worst O'Reillys I've ever been to, which is a shame; as it's the closest one to my house. I always end up having to go elsewhere every time I stop by.
I actually like the auto parts store but they have a few bad apples in their staff so therefore I don't shop there anymore
On the way home to California and the AC went out in our car. Oscar helped us out and found us a guy to fix it. He had the parts we needed and were back on the road. Would not have liked driving back home in temps in triple digits. Thank you Oscar!
Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I go here for the littlest things such as batteries etc, just because I like it that much.
