They're not organized in their lines if you just want to pay for something and check it out you got to get in line like are you going to order a part and wait a long time very slow

Went in looking for a keyed gas cap, they had one on hand for a 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix. Friendly service.

I had bought windshield wipers (from another store) and hadn't put them on yet and lo and behold it's starting to rain. It was pretty dark and I couldn't really see what I was doing and so I get the idea to come here and ask one of the employees to install them for me and one of them did. He showed me how to take them off and then as he put on the new ones for me, he showed me that too and I didn't even buy the wipers from them! They're always so nice when I come to visit and everyone reading this can stop laughing about my temporary ineptness on windshield wiper installation lol!

The manager was extremely helpful, loaning us parts, tools, anything we needed to get our truck started. We were even allowed to leave the truck overnight and come back the next morning. Highly recommend this store!

The staff went beyond to help me today, my truck broke down not to far from their store and they were able to deliver the parts to me right away and I was able to get back on the road thanks a lot Hector

Usually a great place but one of the employees was kinda rude to other employees and super super bossy in a rude way. I personally had no interaction with him.

Great level of in stock items. Same day parts pulled from the warehouse. Or they give u the options to go pick it up from their warehouse.

I personally had a terrible experience at this store. Very unfriendly and rude workers at this particular location and I personally will never go to another O'Reilly's ever again.

I couldn't find the part I needed for my car anywhere, everywhere else I called I would have had to wait days for it. They was able to get it for me the same day I was even able to go pick it up from the warehouse myself.

Don't even deserve a single star. Commercial service sucks here. Lazy bums had over an hour to pull some coolant and couldn't even have that ready. RIDICULOUS!

Even though they were really busy, the 2 guys and 1 lady workers made me feel like thier only costumer.well done!
