The sales person was very helpful with our battery that's acting up, he uses their device to diagnose what's wrong with it

Isaac was very friendly and helpful. He looked up the vehicle and verified parts. One filter was empty but found 3 in stock. Isaac saved me another trip by price matching. The items were shown on an app and nearby store. It was a pleasant experience to save money and time. This is my local O'Reilly"s store when I need auto parts or supplies.

Tom helped me track down a part I was told by another Oreilly was unavailable. Not only was he able to find one and have it next day, he was able to find one cheaper than the the unavailable special order found at another Oreilly. Tom has repeatedly found me difficult to find parts that others gave up looking for. He is the Sherlock Holmes of parts catalogs, easily the best parts finder in the east valley.

Terrible customer service. Wouldn't even hear me out in making a return. Went over to Gilbert and Guadalupe O'Reilly's, let me return an item no question ask. Take the time and go down to Guadalupe.

Very helpful people work here, a great place to get parts etc for all your vehicles. If they don't have what you need they will look to see if another store has it, if no one does they will order it for you.

Very friendly staff, very helpful. They help me find everything I needed turn my repairs and even for some of the stuff they didn't have they pointed me in the direction where I could go to get it.

They would not honor their warranty on my battery. The person that sold it to me didn't register the purchase, so no warranty. They could see it was theirs and that it was only 2 years, old but they would not warranty it. I went to Costco to replace it, more reputable and better warranty.

Brought my car in to test the battery. They told me the battery was bad. Sold me a $170 battery. A few weeks later it turns out the issue was the starter was bad and not the battery. The old battery is actually fine and now they wont accept returns on the battery because i hooked it up to my car.why wouldn't I hook it up? Shady, wouldn't trust them for advice.

Place has the greatest workers they helped me get wipers for our vehicle and got me the best prices for the wiper

I absolutely love O'Reilly's, especially this location (Gilbert and Guadalupe). I come here for anything and everything for my SUV. All the workers are super friendly and helpful. I'm in there quite a lot and have gotten to know a few of them somewhat well. Great team and they are quick and great at what they do. I recommend O'Reilly's over AutoZone everyday of the week.

Friendly and helpful! I came in needing a new battery, found out that because it's simple, that they would put it in.and then remembered I also wanted new wiper blades. Alberto put them on without asking and no extra charge. What a pleasant surprise!

Always on convenient location and the hours are great for those like me, get home to work on cars projects.

Good people from what I've experienced. Although my father has been here a few times and has been misguided, misinformed, and improperly equipped with tools or parts for his vehicle.

They have most everything that you will need for your car with friendly knowledgeable people to help you.
