I give this store five stars! One of the associates has been wonderful for me. Perfect customer service. David has helped with a smile and a little bit of a chat which makes wonderful customer service. Good job David. Keep it up. Thank you so much.

I run a mobile repair service and I tried to exchange a bad battery for a customer of mine. They would not return the battery without taking hours to charge and test it after I had already tried to charge it and had done the test. When I began to get upset after sitting outside the store for a almost an hour I called and the cashier told me that I could talk to his manager if I wanted. I told him yes I did and then he said well it's going to be a while. I've already been here almost an hour. I will just go to a different O'Reilly's where they actually have some sense about them.

We will only use O’Reilly and specifically this location going forward. The manager, Anthony is truly the best. So incredibly helpful, knows what he’s doing, super smart guy. You can tell he takes customer service to another level. We had a dead battery and it took maybe 15 minutes to replace. Best experience we’ve ever had at an auto parts store. Thank you Anthony!

I love O'Reilly because they always have what I need and have the most fantastic, knowledgeable, and friendly folks working there. Dalton at Elliott and Alma School was ON POINT when I went in recently for an air filter and had questions about freon and recharging my a/c in my older mini van. Thank you so much, Dalton!

The Asst. Manager Jason did an outstanding job with assisting me in diagnostics as well as installation. He delt with me off and on for over an hour struggling in the parking lot trying to install parts on an old truck I had recently purchased and was very kind during the whole process. Will definitely be back because of him.

Had a bad battery. Matt helped me out and was very courteous. Took the battery out and installed a new one under the warrenty. Great customer service.

This is the most helpful auto parts store I have been to. They always go the extra mile to help and if they do not carry a product (I have a really old vehicle that is out of production) ; they will make referral.

Had a bad experience at this Tempe location. Paid for a part to be delivered in 2days (extra for shipping) and when I went in to see if part was there, they gave me attitude for asking, and even at 8: 30pm that night called to see if part came in and they didnt know anything. Well it came a week later and at first was told I wouldn't get refunded for shipping. That was the whole point of the 2day guarantee, ugh. Well in the end I got all my money back but very disappointed! Will never go there again!

Truck batteries died, I was given credit for the bad ones and applied to the new ones. Staff was polite and professional, Tyler tested the batteries for me, took the old ones out and put the new ones in. Thank you!

Had a great experience with Anthony (Manager). I had an issue with my battery and Anthony pulled the battery out, tested it on their in store tester since it was so dead. While I was waiting I decided to go grab a bite to eat. Before I left, Anthony told me that he thought it wasn't the battery, but the alternator. I was dreading the idea of climbing under the car that evening and installing a $240 alternator. When I returned - Anthony told me that it wasn't the Alternator but the battery and that the reason the battery had gone bad was there were these caps installed that sat between the connectors and the battery terminals. While I was out - they replaced the battery and removed the caps that were causing the battery to drain. I returned, got a receipt and a new battery (FOR FREE). Great service.

Stopped by because my battery was bad, I had bought the battery at an O'Reilly but for some reason they did not have the purchase linked to my phone number, however because it was a battery sold at O'Reilly's they honored the warranty. Matt helped me out and replaced the battery and tested the alternator to make sure that was not the issue either. Great attitude and great service at this location.

Bought a battery for my BMW E60 from Casa Grande store, battery was dead upon installation.brought​ it to THIS location where i was given not only excellent service, but a brand new, higher quality battery with a longer warranty, AND a military discount which was denied in Casa Grande, which left me walking out the door with a brand new nicer than before battery and $10 cash in my hand.couldn't be happier thanks again guys!

Very knowledgeable and excited to help! We asked if we could borrow some tools to install a part, and the assistant said "No. I'll loan you a mechanic instead! Let's go! ", and he proceeded to cheerfully perform the repair. A significant improvement over my experience with other auto parts stores.

I was looking for a specialty tool, they said they didn't have it without even attempting to check. After looking for a couple minutes, I found it.
