16I went in not really knowing the actual size I needed but had an unusual way of providing the approximate size of water inlet hose I needed. They were happy to assist me and I was able to obtain 2 pieces of water hose that was very close to my directions and at a great price with a smile. Thank you.
Needed new wiper blades before the first monsoon. Kenny was helpful to find the correct size at a moderate price and then installed them onto my car. Great customer service!
If your a Hispanic individual and is attended by the assistant manager or manager couldn’t quite catch his name he will not help you to his fullest he’ll just basically give you short answers and won’t help you in any way and will give you the wrong part I hope they fix this until then I will not return I’d rather go to autozone and get treated politely than rudely and not be judge by the color of my skin.
They didn't have exactly the part I was looking for but the had the next one down in brightness. I think it was Ron who helped me. He even put my headlight bulbs in for me. In and done in less than 1/2 hour. Yeah!
Every time I go here some tall fat white guy named Jeremy is insulting everyone. Seriously bad attitude, I watched someone trying to make a return and he went on to accuse the chick saying she broke it. Why your employees allowed to treat customers so badly?

Ok this place sucks I went here as I used to do but found out that I couldn't return my old brakes for new ones or refund after I purchased new one's. I'm never ever ever ever ever did I say ever going back here or any other O'reilly autopart store

Both convenient, helpful and all together a reliably predictable experience they know their job and they do it well.
Service is fantastic and they have a good variety of everything automotive. The only complaint I have is that the piece I was looking for was only available in double kit for $35. Another parts store had the item by itself for $6.

Know their job, and store great automotive shop experiance. I dont need to go anywhere else even if a part is cheaper i still go to this store GOOD JOB GUYS! It takes a lot cause Im a pickey S. O. B.
They are very helpful looking up stuff lending you tools checking out your check engine light and they have competitive prices
Love it! Great staff! But I wish they still had lover tools. I mean I am spending $100+ on one trip, trying to get my car running good. Besides that, it's a A+ place to go!
The location is 89th and Peoria so knowledgeable, always willing to help out if they can. Ms V she was the best but she retired I miss her so much that I go to bother the other guys that's there for all my car needs
I suggest to train your employees to talk to customers as such. I was told they will not refund the product I was going to purchase because I asked about the refund policy before buying. Seriously I'll take my business to someone who isn't going to talk to be rude to customers that just trying to make sure they are making the right decision.
The quality of customer service has really gone downhill since I started shopping there a few years ago, seems like they either don't have enough staff or the staff there is just slow but it's getting harder and harder to keep coming back.
