We came across this place by surprise. It was the best date night we have had since moving to Az. The food was beyond amazing. We tried two rolls, the walnut shrimp, and a bonsai bowl. I could not get enough it was so good. The service was really good as well. My biggest pet peeve is never having a refill and my server always was refilling my drink. This is our now weekly date night and the atmosphere is warm and inviting.

I haven't been to this place in 8 years and it's just as amazing as I remembered it. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. It felt like I went to a restaurant run by my own family. Can't beat the atmosphere here and the food is so delicious. They make THE BEST Las Vegas roll of any sushi place I've ever been to.

I'm going to stop and talk about one of my favorite spots out here in AZ. This little spot has all the things that a restaurant has to make it a regular on your rotation. Good food like the Gilbert Roll, Caribbean Roll, Yellowtail Roll, Shrimp Fried Rice are some of my favorites, then they got a sake bomber deal thats outstanding. Prices are probably the best part, they are affordable so you dont have to spend alot to get alot. Sushi is not easy here in AZ. But they kno how to do it. The chinese food is cool too. The fried rice is fire. The inside of the spot is not amazing but everything they lack in aesthetic they make up for in everthing else. Love em.

Good portions and affordable food. The noodles on each meal seem to be over cooked. Gooey noodles and I've tried most of their entrees. Outside of that can't complain especially for the price and portions. Wontons and spring rolls are really good!

Our fav sushi place now! They have all you can eat & some Chinese dishes as well! Our Favs are $. 01 beer with purchase of sake, shrimp tempura roll, new York roll (more like Philly roll I've had everywhere else, gyoza, green salad & miso soup.

Ordered from Uber Eats for lunch at work and they put an ice pack to keep it cool in this AZ heat! Super impressed! No other restrictions has done that for me and I order food at least once a week. The food is delicious too!

Friend insisted to try this place, I did, I should say service is absolutely poor, while the guy (in his 30’s) was serving our table, would leave halfway taking our order, then get annoyed when asked for refill, I was raising my hands for 5 mins trying to get someone’s attention to get a drink refill while I was checking on food, this dude was on phone and happened to see me raising my hands, instead of just acknowledging me, he made an ugly face and pointed to phone, hello I am not blind you are on phone, I am chocking on food trying to get some drinks here! After we paid I approached him and hoping to clarify and hopefully get an apology but he got even more agitated. I would come here again, only when I expect to be disrespected and pay for that (Not going to happen)
I would recommend to stay away from this place until they fix their attitude problems first.
What they forgot is that: people have choices these days, why I would want to come back? You have to give a reason, service is a big time factor and for me today’s visit was big disappointment, I hope the guy will open his eyes and fix his behavior for others.

Took a chance to try a new place, bad choice. Couldnt taste the nigiri fish because of so much rice, and needed to chew full mouth ‍️? Oh and what they call side dishes, are full dish, so be careful at all you can eat sushi menu.regretted wasting our money here, but hey sometimes you enjoy sometimes you learn. Do not reccomend, they stuff you in rice and thats not the point of sushi. Will go back to our favorit, the crazy tuna sushi.
The two stars are for the nice lady server, although she did give me some intense looks when she saw small bits of rice left on the plate, lol, like really ‍️‍️‍️

I came in today as a first time customer with my girlfriend, ordered three rolls, crab wontons, and edamame. My girlfriend ended up getting food poisoning and I had an upset stomach as well. Edamame was over cooked, so we’re the wontons. Sushi fish was NOT fresh, it tasted off. We have been to many sushi restaurants and none of them have had this off fishy taste. We are always polite to our waitress/waiters and this one was very short spoken and kept coming around the corner to my guess, get us out. We were only in here for maybe 15-20 minutes, we don’t push our stay. Don’t come here, go to sushi ave, teharu, or litterly any other place. The cheap prices are NOT worth it.

I have been eating here for only about two months, but I’ve eaten here close to seven times now! This place is by far one of the highest quality family owned Asian places to eat. Their sushi is very fresh and the batter on their orange chicken is very crispy and delicious (as well as rangoons, soup, etc) for a very great price! If you haven’t been here before, then I suggest you try it at least once even if it’s out of the way! I would honestly give this place 10 stars out of five if I could.

We love Orient! The sushi is so fresh and the prices are great! I highly recommend this restaurant. The spicy tuna, crunch roll, and salmon roll are our favorites! (Our kids love the salmon roll.) I also recommend the wonton soup! The broth is full of flavor and it has a lot of large wontons in it!

My family and I have been coming here for at least 8 years. The last 2 times we had a very pushy waitress, trying to push items on you and tonight was the same. My sister ordered all you can eat sushi and an appetizer. The waitress kept asking her over and over if she was the only one eating all you can eat. She repeatedly told her yes. After the food started coming out the waitress and 2 guys behind the counter kept watching and leaning over the wall where we were seated. At first I couldn’t figure out what they were doing until the waitress came over asking if she was sharing. She was the only one eating the sushi but she shared the appetizer and they tried telling her it was part of the all you can eat which it is not. I understand they don’t want people sharing an all you can eat dish but geez the hovering and feeling like you are being watched and interrogated when nothing was wrong is ridiculous. The last few experiences have not been the warm feeling the place used to have and made us feel very uncomfortable.

Ordered tempura and fried rice from them yesterday. Another person and I got really bad food poisoning from it. Had diarrhea and vomiting all night long. When I called the restaurant, the manager (he said his name is Win) said, “Go get a health insurance and go to a doctor. We never had any issue of food poisoning from any customer. Go ahead and find a lawyer. ” This is the kind of customer service they provide. This is the kind of food they provide. Stay away from them!

The food is very good. I went here with work friends for lunch. The problem I have is that they charge 45 cents for a ketchup size packet of gluten free soy sauce. I have an allergy to wheat. I can not have regular soy sauce as it contains wheat. So for the last 9 years I have been using gluten free soy sauce also know as tamari soy sauce. I do not mind paying extra for my soy sauce but 45 cents for a ketchup size packet is a bit much.

Want to get food poisoning? Go for it, it’s a great place for that. I ordered dinner for 2 to go, and both of us ended up having all the worst scenarios about food poisoning.
By the way, their manager in simple words wished us “good luck” (of course without even a word of apology). Definitely gonna report them to the Department of Health and ALL of the possible departments. This business is a sham and scam. Highly recommend avoiding them!

I'm really upset with the way my last two visits here have been. Both times I've gotten the same pushy waitress. A few weeks ago my family and I came here and the waitress was super short with us and didn't make us feel welcome. I've never had bad service here before so I didn't think much of it. Tonight my family and I came for dinner and we had the same waitress. She was short with us again and rude. I ordered the all you can eat sushi and she asked multiple times if I was sharing. I told her no it's just me. She hovered over my table our entire visit and accused me of sharing the all you can eat with my family. It's really uncomfortable. We were seated next to the sushi bar and the sushi chefs were also hovering our table. The entire visit was super uncomfortable. I won't be returning any time soon.

Really great little place! We ordered a few different rolls and some gyoza. I was pleasantly surprised with their flavor! I wish I'd taken some pictures but the food looks so good we dove in right away. We definitely want to go back and try some other dishes there. The staff was super friendly and we were seated right away. Definitely give this out of the way place a chance!
