I went in the other day and was looking to make a purchase and a sale. I was helped by Karen. She was very rude and refused to help me on a price. Certain things that were in the store were overly priced and she refused to work with me on the item I wanted to pawn. I am disappointed in this shop. I do hope you guys train your employees better. I refuse to ever go back to that shop and I suggest others not go there either.

Wonderful place to go. Surprisingly clean for a pawn shop, and the guys actually negotiated with me on the price of my auto title loan. For such a small business, they have me much more money for the loan than the larger auto title loan places.

This pawn shop in Mesa has really been upgrades. A much nicer selection of gold and jewelry than in the past when it was mostly a check cashing store.
