Not that impressed with there customer service, they advertise 100% satisfaction guaranteed, with that said they advertise accidents happen. They still wanted 100% of the replacement price after the tip broke on a back cast.

My wife took me to buy wading boots for my birthday and I had a tremendous experience. In todays post pandemic world where it seems you pay more for less service I can say that is not the case here. The gentleman assisted me in making sure I was getting the right size and that the boots were comfortable for me with both heavy layers and lighter layers and let me lace up and test them. He even offered to arrange seating for my pregnant wife while he worked with me on the boots 10/10 for customer service.
