This place is AMAZING! For my job, my car is my office. I was in a small accident and when I called around to find a place that could get my car in and taken care of, literally every place couldn't get it in for at least another 2 months. After fruitlessly calling a dozen or so auto body workshops, I ended up finding Otto Works and giving them a call. They got my car in within a couple days, and the great service didn't stop there! Throughout the whole process of evaluating the damages, figuring out the supplement, ordering the correct parts, working with my insurance, Crissie and others at the Otto Works Collision Center made sure everything was done right for me as the customer. They went out of the way to make sure that no shortcuts were taken that could negatively affect me via my car in the long-term but still got everything done in a timely manner. And all this was accomplished while communicating well with me and making sure I was updated on what was happening.
10 out of 10, would use again. Though hopefully I won't have to but I do highly recommend them!
