13We were seated at West window which put sun in our eyes. Asked to be moved to another seat as there were plenty opened. Hostess said, you can just close the blind. That involved my husband climbing up on seatof booth after I moved. This did not block sun from his eyes so he had to do it twice. Monday you we are not young and this was ridiculous. Just points out the incompetence of employees to provide quality service to customers. Almost left right then. Waitress explained low staff is issue which is funny to me as we were seated adjacent to hostess stand and there was always the same 2 people there chatting and additional people coming to talk it up throughout our visit. Not going back.
Food is great. Manager was very helpful. Very busy night and mix up pn the order. It was a fun evening
Opted for coconut shrimp and a salad for dinner. The taste was fine but shrimp have gotten smaller since last visit.
Was absolutely amazing! Loved the food loved the crew! An hour before close on a Saturday service was phenomenal!
The waitress was attentive. Surprisingly there was more of a wait at 2 p.m. Than I thought they would be but we were seated in under 30 minutes.
Service was a little slow but server made up for that by giving a few loaves if bread to take home:)
First time here, really enjoyed the food. Prices are very descent for the portion sizes. Will visit again soon.
Chris was one of the worst waiter that I have had, so bad I didn't leave a tip. Had I found the manager I would have let them know. Will not be going there again for a long time. The rest of the staff was awesome.
My brother Tom and I love dining at Outback! Catlin took really good care of us. She was very attentive and friendly. The food was as incredible as the service! It comes as no surprise that the manager leading this awesome team seems to be from another planet, Venus. She too is amazing to talk with after enjoying the perfectly prepared salmon. We'll Be Back!
Definitely good! Our waitress didn't seem brown friendly. She was just there to take our order, with no smile, or warmth feeling about helping us. I'll go to another outback going forward.
This was one of my top three best dining experiences. EVER! I was here with my family, my ribeye was cooked to perfection and or server was absolutely AWESOME! What more could a girl ask for on a Saturday night?
Everything was hot and delicious just the way I like it. Servers were great and I love when the manager comes by to check on the guests. My only issue was my first cup of water, the glass was dirty and I had to ask for another.
Food was delicious and prepared just as we ordered. Service was outstanding. The surprise birthday dessert was amazing
