Outback Steakhouse, Surprise AZ

We went here for our anniversary and the meal was amazing and the staff was super friendly.

Sue was the absolute best this afternoon! She was attentive, quick, and joyful. The food was fantastic! I was craving a juicy steak and Outback, you more than delivered. My steak and lobster was phenomenal. Well done Outback.

Ordered food for an anniversary dinner. So good! Meat was cooked exactly as wanted and sides were delicious!

About 6 months ago I dined at this location with my family and received the worst service imaginable! Im writing about this now because at the time I didn't think about writing a review. I asked the server for a steak well done, they brought me a steak still rare so I told the server politely to please bring me steak well done, they brought me a steak still pink, I got a little frustrated and asked again for my steak well done no pink! By this time my family already finished their dinner. The manager came back with the steak burned and threw it on the table and said " here's your steak! Well well well done! " Happy now! Even the server looked nervous. I dont know if this manager works there anymore but if he sees this message you should find a new job! We were regular customers but I never returned!

Really good food. The baked sweet potato was the best I've ever tasted. Prime rib was tender and juicy. BBQ ribs just fell apart.

Food is amazing, as always, the service is great as well.the only reason I gave 4 stars is the decor on the inside, all outback steak houses used to be flashy and vibrant, with cool stuff on the walls from Australia.now it's like walking into a dark dimly lit dentist office with generic photos on the walls.applebees went the same route.it's no longer a fun and exciting environment

My first time there. Staff was great, food.ehhh. Burger was quite thin for the cost.tasted good, but not much there. Mac and cheese bites are ok, but a bit heavy on the asiago cheese. Wouldn't be my first choice of a place to go for dinner.if I was with a group, and they chose it, I would go, but would give other options.

The staff and management were amazing! We had some special requests and they let us know that while it was busy they would try their best. They did a brilliant at working around. We had a delightful time and really got to enjoy the food and company! Thank you all again!

My meal was not as advertised. I ordered the steak sandwich for lunch. It was very thick cut and chewy not thin cut as told

I had forgotten why it had been such a long time since I had been here. Our intention was to dine at Texas Roadhouse but the people sitting outside waiting to get seated was enough to discouraged us to go here and it was in the same parking lot. We were seated immediately and our server was ok. My grandkids drinks took 3 trys to get flavor out of a lemonade, and after an hour we were finally served dinner. The steak was undercooked and the salmon was dry.

I rarely visit places with a no firearms policy but somehow with one exception I will remember that sticker because somehow service and food are directly related to this policy

This was my last visit. Next time I will wait at Texas Roadhouse.

Ordered dinner through door dash, the food was absolutely, unbelievably good! Everything was perfectly made to our order! Our dasher was on time, quick & courteous. I will definitely be ordering again real soon! U guys rock!

Food was delicious and service was great! I hadn’t been to an Outback in many years and now I’m wondering why…. The food was very fresh and made with quality ingredients. Our server Sue was awesome and we never saw the bottom of our glasses. The blooming onion was fried deliciousness! The Alice springs chicken was moist and full of flavor. Everything was yummy!

Great location, overall a 5 for everything. The food was hot and delicious. My drink was fantastic and a perfect blend of taste and liquor.

If I could leave Zero stars I would. The WORST place I have ever eaten! Tiny dry tough "steak" they forgot to mention the lobsters are mini. Rice was still crunchy, frys were so dry and the entire meal was cold and the service took forever when the place was nearly empty. Do not come here!
