Outback Steakhouse, Phoenix AZ

Uncertain how what seems to be the only Outback with lamb chops has the nerve to undercook them and let's get into the lobster tail situation. I ordered 2 of them now while both of them smelled EXTREMELY fishy 1 of them looked as though someone chewed it up and put it back in the shell. I called the following day to complain and had to go back and forth with the "manager" about the quality of the food as though he assumed I was lying.overall after spending over $100 on food, I was only offered a $40 credit. Needless to say OUTBACK NEEDS TO DO BETTER AND TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE CUSTOMERS NOT LIKE SUSPECTS IN AN INTERROGATION.

We love coming here the service is great, especially in the bar area. Chelle (bartender) is awesome! Friendly, fun, and super cool! She checks on you to see if everything ok! Great atmosphere!

Food was fine when finally seated. Typical game leaving a section empty due to no staff. Disappointed

Nice server, lazy manager, dirty plates 3X in a row. Won't be returning! Disgusting & was embarrassed to take my guest to lunch! Will be contacting Maricopa county food dept. Maybe they need to brighten up the place so they can see their dirty dishes

Good at accommodating handicapp seating but terrible service & thechange is menu is not a positive. Probably won't go back even though used to be a regular.

Service was awesome! Even with other needy customers around we still were taken care of well. Food was dry and overdone though but not so bad it wasnt edible. Manager always takes care of us if somethings wrong and since it wasnt anything huge we let it go. Theres always next time.

Food was great! We had a lunch special and it was the coconut shrimp. Really good flavor! It was served with a sweet Orange peal sauce that was out of this world delicious. I had a baked sweet potato with it that just melted in my mouth with flavor! I would go back again!

Steak was cooked to perfection! Server was on friendly, consistent, my only real gripe was that it was extremely cold in there that I started to shiver where I couldn't enjoy my dinner

Really love this location. In a busy area but lunches are never too busy. Great steak and well lite dining area. Relaxing and warm atmosphere. Their is even a pickup area with parking spots.

Server kept forgetting us. Kept not refilling our drinks. I asked for ketchup and she took forever to bring it. I've had better dinners but even though steak cooked wrong the sweet potato was good.

Irs a hit or miss with the servers at this location. Reasonable steak dinner and the bread is addictive. They do some great specials with shrimp.

Shelby was our waitress and was horrible we had to ask for everything water, bread, A1 sauce which they were out of on a Friday night like really of all nights, she chatted up people waiting in line to get seats while we needed water or other stuff and the blooming onion we ordered was the smallest I've ever seen so overall the experience was garbage I'll never be returning again

Small portions big prices and mediocre favor. Just not very at all. Do yourself a favor and go to Longhorns. Way better portions food and price.

This location has always been our favorite, have gone several over the years, however this visit was quite a disappointment. The food was no where close to what we have experienced in the past, our thought was perhaps they have different kitchen staff. Service was good the only redeeming part of our visit.

Every time we come here not only is the food amazing but the service too! Sean, our server this visit, was super helpful in making some tough menu choice decisions and was always on top of refills!

We had a horrible experience during our previous visit. We decided to try them one more time with management's coupons. We were very pleasantly surprised by how wonderful this visit was. The server was excellent and the food was as well. They definitely won us back.

If you want to be sure that you are going to eat delicious food, this is a place that will never disappoint you. The staff is always kind.

Food cold, blooming onion not cut properly so not able to get the sections without a knife. Service good.
