Outsource, Mesa AZ

So I worked with a company called ae solutions, they do alternative energy, solar panels and things like that, I was hired thru Outsource as the better option aside from my normal people ready employer whom I've been with for over a decade, Outsource spoke with me about getting hired in and starting at a higher pay rate, I informed them of my criminal background having felonies and Max Connor reassured me it wouldn't be an issue. I was then given a break from 2022 into 2023 thru the new year, I was informed their hr department decided they were gonna have an issue with my felonies and decided to fire me or in the least terminate my employment thru ae solutions.

Just a heads up this company has no integrity and they go back on their own word, I do not recommend using them if you have other options take it. This company will stab you in the back, they don't care how reliable you are. (My opinion is course)
