OVERALL MOVING was super great to do business with. Their pricing was fair and with no hidden charges at the end. From the very first conversation with Donovan, the manager, who came out to our home did a walkthrough and quote to the completion of the move everything was great. I moved from Prescott to Las Vegas and had a lot of antiques to move. They packed everything so well. No damage or breaks to anything. They were very reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone.

The worst experience I have ever had. My T. V.my couch now has a rip and broken board in the back. Boxes with broken items. The did a terrible job. Left all my boxes in the garage. Did not even move me all the way. Had to go back and make six trips back and fourth by myself. Brought a small truck when I asked for a big one. Wasted my time and money I making two trips. One of.them had the worst attitude. They had no idea what to load first. The owner could of cared less about what happened. Same stuff was moves two years ago and they moved me smoothly with in 3 hrs. These guys took 5 hrs and charged me almost $700. Absolutely did not care about my things. So upset!

Note that I give this organization 2 stars for the actual quality of the move itself. Read below for qualifying update. Donovan was so good with my rescheduling. Patient and reasonable. The moving team were friendly, good guys, who work hard and will take good care of your possessions. They were considerate of my possessions. Review update: The above is true; however, I would be sure to not take Donovan at his word related to actual vs estimated costs. I have it in writing that for a move-out/move-in time of 2 hours, I would be charged for that not the minimum listed in the contract of 3. Additionally, the estimate was priced to Scottsdale, but I moved to N. Phoenix and he ignored the actual time it took of 1.5 hours vs the estimated # of hours. (Note that I was not told when the estimate came in that there was a minimum charge of 3 hours.) Once you sign the contract, he is going to hold you to those costs no matter what the actuals are and no matter what he says he will do if the time is less than estimated. Also, I think the moving guy, when completing the final bill, padded the time so that they would meet the estimate. Additionally, he fast-talked me. I was exhausted (as were they, so they were in a hurry) so I agreed to it because I was too tired to make him break it down line-by-line. Buyer beware definitely applies here. F/U note: Donovan referred to me to "administration" aka the owner (it's a small business). I don't know why. All the owner did was double down, which I found amusing. Check them out on the Better Business Bureau, too. Be careful folks!

In response to Overall's response below, they deflect. They didn't waive any costs, their guys forgot to add it in. Also, had Overall made it right, I would have changed the review and then shared that they made it right. They deflect. Plain and simple.

They just moved me, all the guys were very professional, padded everything to protect my furniture. I would definitely recommend them for your next move, near or far.

David, Shawn, and Joel put in a full day's work with helping my parents move. During several trips back and forth with a smaller truck to accommodate the rough road, they were always polite, accommodating and professional.

David & Sky were great! On time, professional and took good care of items. Fast workers. I would recommend & will use Overall moving again.
