Late October, 2023. I worked with Justin, young family man, good kid. I'm from Massachusetts and found them by looking through Carfax and CarGuru. I was specifically looking for a late model GrandCaravan or Town and Country, loaded and specifically with heated options. They had several Grand Caravan GT's come in from Hawaii. They were rentals with low miles, 50k or so. I was very interested and because I've driven cross country several times, the thought of flying out and bringing one back didn't hinder my interest, so thats exactly what I did. Justin and the guys were super cool and made sure I was ready for the trip, the even put new tires on it. The van was solid on the drive home, 2650 miles, at one point driving 37 hours straight, Santa Rosa, New Mexico to home in Massachusetts. Lets be real, the van is a rental from Hawaii so not perfect but a great price for a van with 50k miles. I would highly recommend these guys!

Very pleasant experience low pressure, nice People.haven’t received my vehicle yet and they said they will make good on all the issues with my purchase of used vehicle and I believe they will. They are also going to deliver for me and I am fair distance away. So for very impressed and really liked Jason my salesman feel he was honest up front low pressure. As of now I give 5 star rating and feel I their prices are very competitive

These guys sold me a illegal street vehicle. I purchased 5 months ago and I got pulled over. The police said the intake and the exhaust arnt legal. Also it is missing one catalytic converter and when I called and told them they said it was between me and the state of California. I couldn’t believe it. Also charged me 2500 for the warranty and because there is no converter the warranty is voided. So above being liars and selling illegal vehicles they are thieves. Don’t trust these people. All I did was purchase a car from them and now I can’t even drive it anywhere. I keep trying to talk to them cuz I would much rather fix it between us, but they hang up on me and pretty much tell me it’s my problem now. Please stay away from this dealer. I am currently filing a lawsuit against them. I wonder how many more cars in there lot have fake smogs and are missing converters or even worse. Please I repeat stay away and save yourself a headache. I can’t even drive to work. I’m so frustrated and they keep saying it’s my problem now. Very shady business. UPDATE: company still won’t take responsibility. Call the Arizona consumers affairs and the BBB we have to make them accountable.

Derrick is a Great Salesperson. He went step by step on contract. Had the vehicle that we purchased ready to test drive from our long trip from California. We chose Overstock as our dealer, their prices are below bluebook value. I would recommend Overstock Vehicles to family and friends.

This is the best experience I've had with a dealership. When we test-drove the vehicle and received no hassle about where we went. When we noticed issues with the vehicle they agreed to fix everything. They also didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need. For instance, the vehicle still had its full warranty and they didn't even push any supplemental warranties on me.

I called about an 4runner. Talked to Steven about it, within an hour or so he got me current pictures and and the Carfax. I bought it sight unseen as I trusted what he told me. He helped me thorough the process and made it easy. Now that the car has arrived I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Overstock Vehicles to anyone and my personal thanks to my salesman Steven.

I looked long and hard for the right vehicle and went to three other dealers without luck. I stumbled across overstock and was not only surprised at their prices but quality of their cars. I went to look at one vehicle but found several unexpectedly. Unlike other sales operations, they told me that they only wanted to put me in a vehicle I would enjoy even if that meant they needed to make a repair. It was true. I received a great price on my trade in and ended up with an incredible SUV. After driving away, a safety issue popped up and the next day they said they would correct it and they did. Travis Spencer is one of the better car salesmen I’ve come across in my lifetime he was very patient and professional but friendly. I was planning on buying a jeep through them and Travis wanted to make sure that everything was good to go. He took it to the mechanic, emissions, fueled and washed it for me. Honest review here as always, can't deny the fact that they are nice and do the job, but is that enough? Unfortunately no, they don't care about their cars they only care for the money and let me prove that to you, i got a car from them and I wasn't in the same state i was in another state, they said all is fine and it's easy to do.i went ahead and did it everything the whole procedure online and from another state, they don't take care of the cars they are getting and selling, they are like a stop or a middle man that the car just stay there for a while then they sell it. My friend has a dealership and literally he cleans and details every spot of the car inside and out.when i got the car it was super dirty and not to mention super disgusting not just like dirt or something, literally some hair and crumbs inside the car between the cup holders and inside the edges of a lot of electronics.the car showed on the website that it had 400 miles less, i get that maybe they are using it or testing it but 400 miles is a lot the car was being used, not to mention the engine looks like someone was literally revving it up all the time like someone never ever drives on first or second they just kickdown the gas paddle and go! Everytime they drive the car, they told me it drives very good well no it doesn't the engine literally needs like a month just to regulate it back and to be able to drive the car and engine properly, a lot of small paint removed and small scratches around the car not to mention it came with 0 floor mats and no second car key, some equipment in the spare tire compartment are missing and not to mention one tire is all screwed up i literally had to fix it the second day and payed $350 for a new same tire because it's not fixable and they saw that it needs air and the air wasn't holding in and they didn't do anything to it i mean that's sad for real not to mention even the air pressure on each tire was messed up (i get that they don't wanna clean it but this too? I mean what do you basically do with the cars you get in that case?). Also the company that they work with for shipping the car is 0 they don't even know what they are doing and they said they are professional.i never got a call from them until they called me and told me that they prefer not to come at the time I wanted because it's the rush hour and that was after my car was in transit for 3 days and never heard anything about it, but guess what? It's not my problem that i paid for that, but the driver decided that he doesn't wanna drive during rush hour because after all it's what suits him and not the buyer.pathetic.
See everything I don't mind but when they told me that everything works out and asked if i need insurance for the procedure and they said it'll workout just send the check for now.it turned out that no it doesn't workout they just wanted the money as soon as possible so they can get their close the car, literally told me the paperwork is nothing and the car will take max 1 week but the paperwork didn't went through until i got an insurance (they told me no need for insurance it'll work) and the car took so long to be here not to mention they kept telling me the day after, the day after, when it wasn't coming.
See i appreciate good work and doing your thing but to be honest anyone can do that, being unique and professional is when you do your job right and not just for the sake of doing the job or money.
After all that's my experience if you like the place and what they got then don't hesitate to try and see your own experience with this place. This is just my opinion and expectations and they failed to reach that by miles. I know that businesses are after their money but at least show some hard work, i expect to get treated the same way i treat my clients and that's top notch.
