I really can't stress enough how happy I am with Justin and the rest of the service department. They got me in right away when I was having major issues with my Jeep. Justin kept me well informed every step of the way, and they had my Jeep back to me in record time, running good as new. Incredibly grateful for these guys.

I purchased a Jeep from Oxendale in 2016. During the first two years I had very bad experiences with the service manager and General manager at the time, swore I would never do business with Oxendale again. The current sales team, Christopher and Keith, went above my expectations to make sure I was well informed every step of the way on my Jeep purchase. They listened to my needs and met them. I hope the service department can do the same. I understand there is new management in the service department so I have high hopes. Christopher changed my attitude towards Oxendale.

So after having a terrible weekend ending up with a donut on my car and a coolant overheating issue I was done and over it. Called Oxendale they were booked 2 weeks out. I said please help I have no other means of transportation. The same day I called I took my car in spoke to the office manager Steve who said they'd look at it.put it in his Service guys hands Justin and let's just say I was sitting pretty in my car next day.as they sent their driver to Flagstaff to get a part for my car. Fantastic Customer Service.they took care of a person in their community with professionalism from beginning to end. I never got the driver's name but may I add he was super nice and prompt taking me to work and picking me up due to not having my vehicle. And may I add I must've called poor Justin a thousand times and he never let on if he was annoyed.lol. That ks Oxe dale you did well.appreciate you all.

Great experience from beginning to end! Jorge was a great salesman and easy to work with. No high pressure here! I was looking elsewhere after visiting this dealership and ran into a really high pressure situation at the Hyundai dealership in Cottonwood and was so turned off by that I went back to Oxendale. So far the car is very clean, no issues and seems to have been well taken care of! Keith in finance was great too! Very laid back staff. Honestly the best car buying experience I have ever had!

I just had one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I’ve ever had. I was in and out of there in less than two hours - including the time it took me to pick out the right car, test drive it and sign the paperwork.
Jamal Yellowhorse was my sales associate. He was knowledgeable and in tune with what I wanted. There was not a hint of a hard sell - just relaxed accommodation of my requests and questions. The manager gave me a good price for my trade-in and everyone seemed happy.
I will definitely deal with this dealership again.

The sales team was exceptional so far. It was my own circumstances that prevented me from keeping the vehicle. They did everything possible to help remedy every obstacle. Thank you Jon (Cowboy). It is always good to have my Jeep Cherokee that I bought there in 2019 worked on by Oxendale. It has been a super car overall!

However, in San Diego on this trip I had the recurrence of Dead Fob Battery and no way to start car or get our w/o alarm going off. I usually wait 6 months to get Fobs changeout of batteries, thinking still OK as it was 4 Months ago. No dice.

Poor design as Maintenance says to hold dead fob near ignition and it will start — NO! And although there is a key, it has no way to start it manually - why isn’t that option in this Jeep? Also, most cars, even my 2012 Mercedes has a Note come on screen saying fob battery low. When I had Jeep there for trip checkup - it should have had Fob changed out since they don’t last long and would have saved a lot of agony.

Otherwise trio went well.

One more thing. My auto on and off was not functioning two times back when in for service. It is covered by my warranty I got w purchase, so why can’t I get that service done? I have to initiate it it I guess, as you don’t carry the item there.could you please order it and set up w my next Service Appt? Also, verify it is covered under either car warranty or my 7 year plan.

To anyone that is an RVer you know that you are at the mercy of the service organizations when you have a problem on the road. So, I brought my 2021 Ram 2500 to this dealership because the "service air suspension" warning came on, we were due to leave for our next destination in a couple of days and I really was uncomfortable pulling my 37 foot fifth wheel with that fault displayed, as a matter of fact, I consider this a major breakdown. They were kind enough to plug in to the diagnostics and print out what they found it said. "lost communication with suspension control module", "implausible data received from suspension control module" and "implausible data received from body control module". Then they said they could take a look at it in ten days. We explained we had our trip all booked and couldn't stay in town more than 3 days, she apologized but couldn't do anything else so we left. We contacted the other two dealers in the area and were given the 10 day story also.

We took to the internet and found a post about removing and reinserting the fuse.problem solved and our trip stayed on schedule. Shouldn't the service techs know this. I know it would be a smaller warranty claim but you would have a total different review from this roadie.

I am from St. Louis Missouri just passing through. I noticed an oil leak and took it to two different shops who did not fix the leak but took my money. Oxendale welcomed me, worked on the leak, and when it was still leaking a little they re did it till they found the reason. And did not charge for the second attempt. My truck is now leak free and i can continue on my way. I am so grateful for all that they did that no other shop could do. I thank God they were here for me. To Bill and Barb, thank you so much. Only thing I can say is the guy I spoke with was polite. They run an ad right now on fb an it is bs. When i comment on their post it was deleted and I was blocked lol that's how they handle business. Just like every other dealership in my book

So after last visit a member of management contacted me and and helped me resolve the issue. He also noticed that i had paid for protection and i only had to pay the deductable. I appreciate you Steve. And i appreciate the help. My truck works like a charm.
Kind of mad today.
Service supervisor made me an appt for 10: 15 today last week. I arrive around 10: 05 to be at my appt on time. I check in and they don't know why I'm there. Eyes rolling and all. Really? I did schedule this. So @ 10: 50 they still hadn't pulled my truck around. When I told them I was leaving. The Supervisor said have a nice ride home. Drive safe.good luck.i belived he was being facious but I let it go. I try to be professional I thought the dealership had better customer service than what i got today.got an oil change last week and they didn't put a sticker as to when I should go back. It simple. Guess I have to.looke for another dealer. I do t live in Cottonwood and I have to drive 20 mile each way

I've gone to Oxendale on several occasions for repairs and they have always been friendly, honest and professional. One thing they could improve, that's a nice touch I've gotten at other dealerships is a wash upon return of vehicle. In addition, I actually recently purchased a new vehicle here after shopping several other dealerships and feel Oxendale gave me a fair price without all the phony salesmanship.

Barbara was great, seeking the best price on items needed to repair my eight year old Jeep with many miles on it. I even got a pick up at my house from Ken to bring me to the dealership. They will be in business for a long time, because Oxendale understands customer service is essential for repeat business.

I was worried about my credit but I really needed a car. You know no car no work. I had a very good experience. And made me feel so at ease. This is my third car from Oxendale. The salesman Jorge was awesome. I was treated with respect. I recommend Oxendale for your car purchases.
