Dr. Gossler is amazing and always knows just what needs to be done. I am always satisfied with him and his staff. He has helped me for several years with pain in my lower back.

Drs Gossler is so kind and respectful. He is so knowledgeable as to where my pain is coming from. He listens, he trusts me and is instrumental in managing my pain.

Dr. Bailey and his entire staff are wonderful. They are so professional, efficient and courteous. As far as my pain management is concerned, I wish I had not waited so long to seek help. I am however so glad to have Dr. Bailey as my treating physican, his technique is fantastic. I have already noticed a difference in my neck after my first treatment. I look forward to continuing my care with Dr. Bailey and his team. If you are dealing with neck and back pain, this is the team for you.

I have been extremely pleased with Dr. Bailey and his staff. They are genuinely concerned about the outcome of my injections; and I have had several. We had to make an adjustment to include a different area when I did not get the desired result during one appointment. They get the proper authorization with my insurance and schedule me in a timely manner. I feel very COVID safe in all of the locations that I have been seen. I would highly recommend Dr. Bailey to my friends!

I've been coming to see Dr Cornidez for 5 years. He and the staff are very kind and calming. I always get lasting relief from the procedures. I trust them completely. I feel like they have become family. They truly care.

Horrible, they bill in 15 minute increments and have less than zero time with the patients.they refused to give care to veterans as it took too much of their time to conform with VA protocols, never received medications they were suppose to fax the VA, had to ask 6-7 times for the Doctor to review the MRI with me that they ordered. I called to complain and received threats from CEO pathetic there is even more but I don't need to, you get the picture AVOID

This place is great and Dr. Cubillo is wonderful. The main issue I have is the website and patient portal is not user friendly at all. I have no way of logging in to view my info and I have called and sent multiple messages with no return info. Just a little advice, if you want your money patients owe, make it easier for us to make payments.

Dr Chavez is amazing! The first Dr in 2 years to actually look into my eyes and listen to me and show empathy. The entire staff is super helpful and goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Highly recommend!

Staff is very aloof and abrubt. Not sensitive or compassionate. They have tunnel vision and not able to see the whole picture.

I had my first visit with Dr. Chavez today and was AMAZED with the Wonderful care and time he spent with me! I truly believe his ideas are going to be exactly what I need to help with my migraines. I have suffered for 41 years and NEVER felt so confident with a Physician! The staff was also very kind and friendly. My daughter was with me and was equally impressed. Give them a try.

Waste of time, and a lot of money. My bank account hurts worse than my back, and NO pain relief after three appointments.

I saw Dr. Cubillo at a time when I severely injured my back. He performed a thorough evaluation, listened to my problems, and scheduled a procedure right away to help alleviate some of my severe nerve pain. He and his staff were professional, compassionate, and competent. My pain was so much better after treatment. I would highly recommend him and his office.

I was not happy. Firstly I got there at 7.30am was told at 8am I was in the wrong place even though I had checked in I needed to go next door. At 9 am I was seen, didn't like the person I saw I was meant to see Dr Gossler. My appointment was at 8am. I had to fill out new patient forms even though I had previously gone there for 7 years! I don't exist.

I met with Dr. Cubillo for the first time today. His office staff were so polite and efficient. I arrived early and had not even finished paperwork before being called back and escorted to the exam room.

Dr. Cubillo came in, introduced himself, asked several questions and proceeded to explain in detail from the mri and x-rays what my issues were and how we could proceed with the least amount of invasion. He prefers to take all necessary steps cautiously and made me feel very comfortable about treatment which is scheduled in a timely manner.

He also discussed my upcoming visit with Dr. Zeiller and gave me peace of mind that I am in good hands all the way around.

Very professional, caring and informative. Highly recommend PISA as I was treated here many years ago by Dr. Bullock with the same results.

I have been to se Dr. Eric Cornidez 3 different times and the results have been fantastic! He is very good at what he does and had a great personality as well because he makes you feel like one of the family which helps me relax during the procedure very well. Great folks and great clinic!

The doctors and staff at The Pain Institute of Southern Arizona are AMAZING! They're all so helpful and kind. They really care about you as a person. My doctor is so knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend anyone who is in pain to come see these doctors.

The Doctors are Fantastic, but the office staff to get hold of them or to simply fax or send referrals takes a act of God or Congress to get it done. I had appt on Tuesday- Last of the day- and was referred for a surgery and was told they would send my MRI right over and the results. The check out person tries to schedule me for another appointment and procedure with them and had to tell them No and then ask for the prescription the doctor had just issued and for the referral. Said we don’t hand the referral but will send. I call next morning and they have no referral at new doctor, so I call and am told from PISA staff that they will fax right now. Wait till the next morning and still nothing at new doctor. I then call and have to leave a message because no human will answer the phones, and I leave a detailed message with fax number and phone for new doctor. 24 hours more, Still nothing.it is now Friday morning, still nothing and no phone calls back or anything. I simply just trying to get my results and MRI sent to the doctor they referred me to so I can have surgery and get some relief from the Pain. Pretty Ridiculous and horrible service afterwards and way of doing Business!

My husband recently saw Dr. Gossler for an injection to treat sciatic nerve pain. The office is efficient,
and he experienced a very short wait. Dr. Gossler is highly skilled and is a very good listener. He resolved my husband's issues with the first treatment! Also, his office was interested in the outcome and followed up with phone calls. We're VERY impressed and delighted to be established with this business!

Just awful.if you want to be treated like an imbecile, go here.they want to count your pills as if you can't read the directions on the container. And, don't smoke marijuana for your pain.they will kick you out like they did me.told me my urine test was positive when it wasn't! I doubt that the lab test was even done.
Apparently they do not believe in the hypocratic oath.no one really cares! Don't waste your time here.
