This place is amazing. The owner is always there and makes sure your experience is bar none. Knows the shipping business like no other. The best.
I had Ted give me a quote to pick up and ship some items from an auction. I had some simple questions about the quote so I sent a follow up email. He didn’t respond, so I called him up. He kept interrupting and talking over me on the phone call. He then said he was too busy for this shipment and hung up on me, very disrespectful.
The people that work at Pak Mail are so awesome and accommodating. They really make projects easy. They are fast and reasonable. An Ahwatukee treasure.
