Pallaton Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Great gym for the youth, I have both my sons training here 5 and 7 years old. Sal the head instructor of the gym, is very patient with the kids. This gym has a strong family vibe. Agin great place for the youth to grow, build self esteem and confidence. Not to mention some of the very best prices in town. If you bring your kids here to train you definitely get your moneys worth.

I dropped in for a few classes while traveling. Everyone was very welcoming, quality of instruction was high, gym was clean and overall had a great atmosphere. I highly recommend training here!

I have been to open mats here before, and they're a lot of fun! Everyone is really helpful, and there's a great mix of people with a huge variety of size, skill, and gender. I also notice people doing Gi and nogi which is a huge plus because I like both.

I also took a nogi class and Jason taught it. He was so captivating! He's hilarious, and so passionate about what he's teaching, but also had the best simple directions to teach amazing submissions. I need jiu-jitsu simplified or I don't retain it lol. We learned 4 chokes today, and I ️ Chokes!

Anyway, the vibe is great, the mats are amazing (a lot of mat space and they're surprisingly smooth and I love the white), the instructors Jason and Robert were so great, my training partners were the nicest! I'll be back next Wednesday and I can't wait! Thanks guys!

I don't know where to start especially when you have so many positive things to say. I'm a retired Marine and was dealing with anxiety and panic attacks caused from PTSD. Sal the owner was told about my situation and he opened his doors for me to come in early in the morning and train. You see while on active duty I use to train and stopped once I started dealing with really bad panic and anxiety attacks. While on active duty I noticed that training helped me deal with my depression, PTSD and anxiety and as all of us veterans know the VA just wants to pump us up with meds which can be good for some people but I needed more. I had also recently lost two Marines to suicide and was in a really dark place so Sal opening his doors at 600 in the morning to help a fellow veteran he didn't even know literally helped save me from a very dark place. If you want to train with someone that genuinely cares about not just his students but people in general this your school to come train it.

The coaches are awesome, Sal, the owner/head coach is a great guy. It's an extremely positive environment to train in and I cannot recommend this place enough.
