Palm Valley Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics - Buckeye

This last May they sent an appt reminder with the wrong time. When I called to tell them this they said it was their way of getting patients to call and update their insurance. BIZARRE. Fast forward 6 months and the same thing happens again. I received an appt reminder with the incorrect time. Sent them a photo of my appt card that was given to me at the last visit. All they said was that our appt time was for the earlier time, the incorrect time. They offered to reschedule us but no apology. I find the front office to be deceptive in how they schedule patients and/or changing appt times without asking parents. The fact this has happened twice in a row is alarming and we will not be returning. I will say the hygienist and dentist we saw were very nice and made my son feel comfortable. But the way the front office runs their schedule is appalling.

So glad to be back. Somehow our insurance changed beginning of this year. Had to wait for open enrollment to change it back. Always been very happy with our visits here. Our son has his anxiety for dental office and they're just great with him.

So far it’s been a great experience! The staff is very friendly and great with kids. The kiddos are happy, so I am as well. Ty!

We came to Palm Valley after a horrible experience else where. These guys have been nothing but fabulous. They are always quick to get my child in if I have an emergency. They always answer my questions before I ask them. They are always on top of my child’s care and recommend wonderful products that help him take care of his dental hygiene. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. Best move we have ever made.

My son needed a semi-emergency appointment. We were able to get in same day and have the nessecary procedure even with being a new patient. Staff is friendly and the office is designed for kids which instantly relaxed my son.

Staff is so professional and kind. To the parents and children. We had emergency dental work done and Dr Olga was amazing! Very detailed with explaining things, answered all of my questions and worked in a timely manner. Front office staff was good at explaining financial cost and treatment plan details. I will continue to bring my children here.

My daughter complained of them being aggressive in tightening her braces today. They are usually good but today my daughter was serviced by a newbie. Bad and painful experience for her.

Terrible and they don’t listen to the parent and do things wrong or do something you specifically said no on.
Son had to be sedated to work on multiple teeth. We said no metal at all, health reasons for this, and we paid extra for them to use ceramic. They put metal in my sons mouth! Stainless steel which I had explained why not to the dentist and said it multiple more times. We had to take my son back for it to be done again, at their cost of course. They didn’t want to do it and tried to get me not to make them do it. They blamed Covid and clerical getting messed up due to that even though it was written all over his paperwork no Metal.

Then took my daughter there for a simple cosmetic fix because she fell and chipped two from teeth. I figured they had her history and it’s just cometic quick fix. They asked me again about sealant on her molars which I had already declined multiple times before. We are sitting in the room and they ask me again to which I said no and even signed the paper no. Dentist leaves and tell me assistant will get her ready and she will be right back. I’m sitting there waiting and the assistant sets it up. Then it’s been to much time and the assistant is doing something in my daughters mouth so I ask what are you doing. She was putting sealant on her teeth! Again, they completely ignored what I said not to do and even had paperwork saying so. I was livid and made sure they knew it.

Never go here unless you want to hand your child over to complete strangers to do whatever they want with their teeth. We almost consulted and attorney to sue them for malpractice/neglect or whatever we could but decided it was more trouble then it was worth.

This office is nice and friendly. The only thing is that sometimes it gets really busy and the doctor tends to not fully have all attention on one patient; she’ll be bouncing back and fourth to different patients. Other then that it’s a nice child friendly environment!
I give two stars to the orthopedic side since I’ve had quite a few problems with them.

I really liked Dr. Alex and his assistant! They took their time to check that my daughter didn't have any problems with her teeth! 100% recommended and the office is very nice and clean

Recommend! Overall, kid friendly. Both my kids had an appointment and were called in right away. The staff here is amazing.

All staff is very nice and dentist was great with my son! Waiting area is also great for the kids!

Loved their service! My son hates the dentist, he is also 2, but they were able to get his teeth cleaned and examined.

Absolutely amazing! Super kid-friendly and encouraging environment. My 4 year old has been back multiple times and LOVES the dentist. My 2 year old was not a fan at all, but they were patient and accommodating and successful in completing her visit. Couldn’t recommend the Verrado location more!

Area for kids to play while they wait, which is great because toddlers aren’t patient!

I love coming to Palm Valley Pediatric Dentistry! Starting at the front, the staff is so genuine and patient when my son wants to go run and play! The dentist and all the medical staff in the back are so patient and lovely! They make my son feel as comfortable as he can get at a doctors office, and they make him feel special!

Being new to the area finding places all three my kids like and are comfortable with is important. All three of my girls loved it and felt so welcomed.

Been taking my son here since we was a baby. He's 11 now. Everyone is always so friendly and patient with my kids

This dentist office is awesome! My 5 yr old was nervous as we had just moved to the area and it was our 1st time coming here. The office has iPad games in the waiting area. The office was super clean and everyone was so nice. My daughter loved the dinosaur chairs. The hygienist and dentist were amazing. So happy we found this office!
