Been a resident for a while, and absolutely love it. The managers in the front office were so helpful when first moving in, and they are very kind and compassionate. Then even ask about my puppy every once in a while to check in. Never received that type of treatment from property managers throughout my tenure in Phoenix. The neighbors are friendly and the grounds are always kept beautifully. There’s always parking available for visiting guests, and our maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. I really enjoy the area, and I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for an awesome place to live.

Waters been off in the complex for coming on 30 hours. Property manager lantha not even on site. They keep pushing the time. Avoiding the phone all day and then leaving at their regular schedule even though they have no running water to the entire community

The apartments can be the best in the world, but completely pointless if there is nowhere to park to be able to get to them. The parking situation is absolutely awful. Pay all that money for rent and to have to scour the entire property for a parking spout is a complete waste of time daily. The gates are constantly left open, I can understand weekends being bad but every day you have to spend at least 20 minutes driving every inch of the property and pray you find a spot. Management doesn’t care and offers no parking alternatives without having to pay another $200 a month for a garage space.
You will have to park off property on private businesses risking getting towed and will be harassed by the large homeless population. Suggest you don’t rent here or listed to the sales pitch and lies of management

While I like the actual apartment itself, I pay more than $2000 a month and there IS NEVER ANY PARKING. If im lucky i’ll find a spot across the ENTIRE complex. Last night I had to park in the canes parking off property because there was absolutely no parking. As a young girl having to walk atleast five minutes outside to my apartment every night, with ALOT of homeless people in the area, this is a safety issue. The gates are also broken almost everyday. The only solution to parking the office seems to provide is purchasing a garage for an additional hundred something dollars. The issue with that is the garage’s are ALSO seeming to be broken a lot as I see people leaving their garage doors open with all their belongings inside it constantly. You can probably find a cheaper complex in a nicer area with no CONSTANT parking or gate issues.

I just renewed my lease for the 2nd year and have enjoyed my time living at the palms. I think the apartments are perfect for what we need, nice and updated inside. Anytime we’ve had a maintenance issue the guys are quick to fix it! My only issue over the last year was that the water bill kept increasing from a leak in the toilet but maintenance came and fixed the issue. My biggest complaint is that the pool isn’t heated but overall I think it’s a great complex and people keep to themselves, no issues with loud neighbors. Any complex you live at obviously will have its issues here and there, but the management at the front office has been nice and welcoming even with renewing our lease, on the contrary to what prior reviews state.

I've been a resident here for a year and i don't have the best experience with the leasing office mostly the leasing Manager Lantha (she is the permanent leasing stuff and the rest of the leasing staff has an extremely high turn over it's hard to keep track).
I've tried calling the office during operating hours, a couple of times over the last month to get a hold of them, but no one picks up at all.
This apartment dictates that we sign up for package delivery services regardless whether you use it or not. Which is absurd cause not everyone will be utilizing this service but the apartment benefits regardless.
The part that broke the camels back is my lease renewal was quoted for the same price YET the market price of the same apartment on the website were down $100+. Lantha gave me some b.s reasoning for that which really doesn't make sense neither is it backed up on writing.
There are a lot of other charges that come with rent like rent processing fee and monthly admin fee. This place is CRAZY expensive and NOT worth it.
The gates keep breaking down and mostly open so anyone can access the property. Read the other comments for the shenanigans that come with that.one more thing the office rally's for residents to post 5* reviews so don't believe all the hype posted online. Once you become a resident things aren't the same.

Heidi gave us the most wonderful tour of their luxurious apartments, this has been the most beautiful place we have looked at while shopping for our future home. Heidi was amazing, shows compassion and truly made us enjoy our time. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE LEASING AN APARTMENT HERE Thank you Heidi for all your help!

Just moved to this apartment and the staff has been really helpful with my moving in process. All my requests were addressed promptly. The apartment I rented is perfect for one person and is really cute. The community is clean and aesthetic. Lots of places in walking distance.

Pool equipment was broke for most of the summer. Gym equipment is continuously broke. I’ve had to bring my own equipment down there to properly utilize the machines

Have been living here since 2017 when it was Trellis and it was a great place to live back when it opened and has slowly gone downhill. We have had 3 different property managers here take over. The up keep around the complex does not live up to the name “luxury. ” The fireplace has not worked since 2017 and funny how they show this great feature to new tenants but, doesn’t even work. Where is the landscaping, pest control, and pool people? ! Why are we getting robbed an extra $400 for what? ! We were paying $1,170 for the same apartment we have been living in since 2017! Thinking of moving here? You can get a nicer place for your money elsewhere. My grandma would make a better maintenance person than the ones we got working here. The pros of living here is the location and that it’s close by to a lot of places and the neighbors here are great and friendly. Let’s also not forget about the lovely crackheads that like to live on the complex and recently have had a few cars stolen or broken into. The gates are always broken and never taken into consideration. Overall the inside of the apartments are decently nice.

Terrible. Management was never responsive, this led to me having to switch to a month to month lease which ended on the 1st day of the month. And they still charged me for a day of rent + month to month fees. I was here for 3 years and they treated me like this on my last month here. Good riddance.

We were out looking for a new apartment and I saw Palms Luxury Apartments driving by. I said I won't to see what they look like on the inside. They caught our eyes because there so beautiful from the outside. We went in and there was this nice lady name Heidi setting at her desk working. Heidi was so warm and friendly full of smiles. Mrs. Heidi gave us the best customer service. She was so polite. One thing I can say Mrs. Heidi knows her job very well, she answer all of our questions. She took us on a tour. Palms Luxury Apartments was breath taken. When I say we love everything about it, we was blown away lol really it was amazing. Mrs. Heidi told us we made her day, she made our day. When I say this is all we have been talking about I am so serious. We would love to make Palms Luxury Apartments our home. Mrs. Heidi we are sold. Thank you for been so nice and doing an amazing job keep up the good work.

We were running a little behind and Heidi still gave us a tour and explained everything about the apartment in detail. She helped us with our application because we had a glitche but we were very happy with Heidi. Thank you!
