When I called and spoke to Audrey Siath about getting our window replaced. She was so courteous and professional. She set up an appointment for us. The young man that came to measure the window was on time and very nice and professional as well. Audrey got the estimate to us very quickly and as soon as we got the signed estimate back to her. She set up an appointment for the installation.
The young man that came to install it. Was on time and very nice. He did a great job! He cleaned up the mess completely. As if he’d never been there. Audrey then called us to follow up and make sure we were happy with the window and the job they had done.

We have used Palo Verde Glass and Screen for years. We had several services done recently. First, make a window screen for us, then repair our sliding glass door, and make a custom sliding screen door. They were fast, affordable and did a fantastic job. Rene and Michael came out to do the last two for us. They were professional and did a great job for us. They were friendly, attentive, and were so helpful. We will continue to use them for all our needs. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Shower door installation. Really like it. Price was very good compared to other glass company quote. Had to comeback and add on that they even were detail oriented enough to ensure both knows for the glass doors were matches. Fresh and super customer service.

We got a good quote for home solar screens that was pretty competitive. The folks on the phone were always very knowledgeable and professional, the estimators that came out to the house really knew their stuff and answered all our questions, and the installation was lightning fast once the screens were ready. They talked us through our options and provided good recommendations that ultimately we're very happy with. The installed solar screens look great! Our house is so much more comfortable now and the AC turns on less frequently especially in the late afternoon. Should've done it years ago. Highly recommend Palo Verde Glass & Screen.

I called previously to have a window screen made. When I visited the store on 5 August, I observed 5 workers in the front office. When I explained I had a window screen that I needed a duplicate screen made, a worker interrupted and said there was not anymore present that could help me. I had been told over the phone to bring and leave the screen and the duplicate would be made. But even with 5 workers present, there was the insistence that I'd have to call back at a later time for help and was turned away.
I'll take my business elsewhere.

We had sun screens installed from Palo Verde and they did a fantastic job from the estimator to the installers to the ladies in the office. The price was also fantastic. We are now having two shower doors installed in a couple of weeks. We highly recommend their services. At least get an estimate from them before deciding on who to buy from.
