Panda Express reviews
16Poorly run. The manager is definitely not customer focused! I feel very sorry for what his customers and employees have to endure.
I've tried 3xs and bad experience all 3xs. Food, cold by the time I get it. Taste, muh. Hardly any vegetables in portions. Smaller portions for women than men. Cost too much for portion size. Won't be back. Pei Wei much better!
I walk in and see 6 pieces of honey walnut shrimp and asked the girl for fresh ones and she lied and said they were fresh… they weren’t busy at all no customers were in there and she gave me attitude for asking for fresh ones as if she was busy just standing there- she said the honey shrimps come in 7 pieces and proceeded to give me 6 only and they weren’t even fresh they were the ones that had been sitting out I ordered a regular plate and she charged me for bigger plate. I don’t understand why she is working there if she gives me attitude for asking for honey walnut shrimp.it’s her job? And not to mention they were going to have to cook a fresh batch anyway since they only had 6 pieces left. Next I see her go on her break with her big plate with all the food that she put for herself.lazy with an attitude I see.
Food, had a different flavor.
Teriyaki chicken good.
Beef and broccoli, different textures and flavor.
Chow mein good but not as it should be
This location is slow so order ahead if you're not trying to wait around for a minute; otherwise its just another Panda. Nothing stands about them besides timeliness
The food was disgusting and when I told them I did not enjoy the food the were being very rood about refunding my money awful experience all around
Waste of time. If you are looking to get food poisoning look no further. I would only bring my enemy to this place. Slow service and the lack of effort to serve good food will having you wishing you would have just gone to an actual Chinese restaurant.
Melanie a worker from this location was rude to every single person in front of me counting me rude and throw the change at me worst experience ever
Always enjoy panda! When I walked in there is always a friendly greeting, wide variety of food and very kind customer service.
My experience was watching someone teach a new hire on what to do and what to say. I enjoyed seeing the friendliness and experience behind the teaching even when it got busy as it was a lunch rush.
Covid life isn't easy. I understand people have lost there jobs. So, i can sympathize with the works at panda if they are low in staff to serve guest in the quickest way possible. I'v been coming here for a while and customer service is great and the food tastes delicious. Let s keep supporting our local restaurants. I live close by and I would hate to see this area fade away.
Didn't even eat there. We walked in and watched employee remove her glove handle sauces. She put them in the little cups put in bag then handle cash.she then preceded to walk over to help us and never a glove on exposed hand. What happened to guidelines? Yes we walked did not feel safe eating there
The worst panda location ever! You mean to tell me you guys don’t have fresh food ready for your customers? The lady asks me what I wanted and she said it would take 4 minutes to make. The food they did have looked like it’s been sitting there for a week, maybe even a month. I’d go to a different location if I were you, this location obviously does not know what they’re doing and nobody is social distancing.
Their staff takes a bunch of precautions to make sure the restaurant is safe, and serve good food. I've never had a complaint going here!
The Panda Express on Tatum and Shea is not very good. They were painting the ceiling in the kitchen over open flame and food. If you ask for teriyaki chicken it don't give you the sauce unless you asked for it you also have to ask for condiments and then they give you a funny look.the trays are sticky and so are the tables. I won't be going there again.
My kids love this location. It's usually pretty easy to get what you want quickly, and the staff has been very friendly and helpful to me. They'll quickly whip up some fresh food for you if they are running low or you want something extra. It's not exactly gourmet so I'm not granting it 5 stars, but for a fast family fix we stop by, knowing they will accommodate us.
