Coming from Boston and having to taste Desert Southwest Chinese food it's not the same at all it was okay but probably won't go back

When you order Chow mein noodles at this place you don't get Chow mein noodles you get onions and cabbage and peppers it's ridiculous a Little less on that stuff gentleman tell me noodles is what we want

Idk bruh, I didn't get the best vibe when I was here. There were no customers and one of the front doors was broken, and cracked open a few inches, letting all the A/C out when it's 100°+ outside. The employee said, "Yeah, it's been like that for a while. " Ok? Then fix it! Management, the owner. Someone!

I recently dined at Panda Express and unfortunately, I was disappointed with the quality of the food. The Dr. Pepper I ordered was flat and had no taste, which was disappointing. The broccoli cabbage was over-salted and the veggie rolls had a mushy, raw tasteless filling inside. The only decent food item was the ractoons, but even they were only okay. The noodles were bland and unappetizing. Overall, my dining experience was subpar and I would not recommend this restaurant based on my experience.

The food was horrible, the tables were dirty, everywhere you looked it was just a mess. I will never dine at a panda again. If there was less than one star I would give them that.

Carlos was patient with my big order and fast. Food was nice and hot and they helped prepare my to-go order without any problems.

Showed up at 7: 30. Only has 3 things wouldn’t cook anything else. There were 6 cars behind me and one in front, we all left. If you’re not closed until 8 you have to have more than 3 menu items.

Trying to place a business order online for 2 days from now and the website doesn't allow me to do pick up before noon.called the restaurant 3x and nobody answered. Guess I will go elsewhere.

This is by far the WORST Panda Express in Tucson. Their employees are too incompetent to communicate with each other while they are standing right next to each. They charged me for mine and my husbands meal but didn’t give us one of them then proceeded to make us buy the meal AGAIN. And we couldn’t prove otherwise as we weren’t given a receipt.
We have given this location three attempts to do better and each time our experience is worse. My husband consistently gets old food and then they proceed to switch out for fresh things right in front of him. Every other panda stirs in the last few remaining pieces with the fresh stuff but not here.
I with I could give 0 stars.

I was just there today with my dad at the drive thru and my dad is extremely hard of hearing. When he was trying to order, he couldn’t hear what the girl what saying when she tried to repeat his order back to him, which I understand may have frustrated her. However, when my dad happened to repeat his order again, the girl said in a very rude and snarky voice, “okay, that’s what I said the first time”. I don’t believe that even if you’re frustrated or is having a bad day, should allow you to be rude and condescending to customers. I work at a front desk at a clinic and so, having to deal with older people and repeating what I says throughout the day is something that I have to learn to deal with and be patient. So, whoever the manager is, please teach your employees the courtesy of customer service.

Omg bad issue when the cleaning person cleans the table with the rag that she cleans the seat first. That is such a bad sanitation problem. Do they not get health classes?
Then she when to clean the rag with the same water they clean the dirty rags with all day in a bucket.not running water.

Very ghetto environment. Standing in line and employee ignored me and started helping lady behind me. Very rude. Food was also substandard. Not a good experience at all!

Great assortment of food I felt the price was very reasonable and the restaurant itself was very clean.more take our but there are tables if you want to sit down and eat and the pop is refillable excellent price strongly suggested to go there

They literally mopped the entire floor while I was sitting down to eat my food. Had to wait for the floor to dry to get out of my seat.

When I got home one of my entrees was not there. When returned upset, management was rude. I drove a distance to receive my missing entree on mother's day. I feel I should of been offered a free soda or entree because my food was very cold and the distance that I traveled from oracle location to north of Magee Rd and the interstate along with the waste of my gas. I thought mgmt was very rude to me. All food meals should be checked first before the customers pays for their food to make sure receive all items that they are paying for their dinners.

Was told I had to wait 45 min for Beijing Beef. Obviously the manager here doesn't know how to prioritize food. Customers have no choice. What a huge inconvenience.
