Panda Express, Mesa AZ

Kelsey who works at this location needs to be fired. What she put my family and kids through was absolutely horrible. I have never seen someone who hates their job so much take it out on customers. I filled out a corporate review and complaint on her but needed my receipt since it was part of the process. When she found out that i was filling the complaint out on her she tried throwing us out. As i was cleaning up and loading my family up Kelsey went ahead and called the police on us for filling out the complaint. Apparently this is the result of using pandas corporate process. I stayed around and talked to the police who thought it was funny and not the first time it has happened at this location. The line cooks apologized and said how embarrassed they were and let us know that her manager would be in on Friday. I have not heard back from corporate yet.you really should not have a location running without a manager present we had no one to talk to and no one to keep this irate employee in line.

Today is my daughters birthday and all she wanted was Panda for dinner. I went to the Mesa location off Baseline and the worker named Kelsey was so incredibly rude to my entire family. I ordered a family meal and did receive any plates to eat our food on. I asked for plates and was told they didn’t have any. So Kelsey made my father in law pay $59 for empty food boxes so we could use them as plates. Then she proceeded to forget half of their food order. When I went and asked for her name after she was rude to my mother in law for the second time, she the replied to me with “oh why are you reporting me? You need to leave or I am calling the cops. ” My father in law went to retrieve a receipt because he was never given one and was told we needed to leave yet again. Kelsey was so rude and completely ruined my daughters birthday dinner. I will never come back here. And I don’t recommend you do either as long as she is still working there. Oh yeah, and bring your own plates if you order a family meal. They cost $12.50 just for a empty plate.

They have been going downhill for some time
But the food today was the worst, I'm sitting in my living room thinking how much I regretted eating there today, yuk. Done

Kenya is a very hard working employee also make sure food is fresh and his attention to the orders noticed that she is also cleaning the atmosphere while taking orders really impressive to see people with integrity like her. Hope she can get a promotion. She deserves it.

I just ordered delivery through the Panda Express app and my food was here in 13 minutes! That’s never happened using DoorDash! My food was fresh and piping HOT, nearly burned my mouth. My Dasher, Melissa was so fast and took great care of my order - thank you! Awesome work all around!
