Panda with so much money yoy make you don't have sugar for the tea, plus no salt.
Panda you can do better than that!

Hit or miss. The service is horrible, but the food is sometimes on point. I don't think I've ever seen any of the ladies in the front ever smile, and if they do, it's like the Grinch stole christmas.

Some regional managers need to come and check this food. It doesn't appear to be right. Worst rice today of all Pandas Express I have tried. VERY weird taste.

My sister ordered two orange chicken and walnut shrimp with chow main and one teriyaki chicken with basing chicken chow main. She paid with her husband's credit card. Any ways we showed up around 9: 30 pm. And when we walked in told them our name and it was a online order. She said I'm still making your order and asked us if our order has eggrolls with it. We said no that it was for William. She said oh this isn't your other. So they found out order already bagged up and said there was two orders with the name Williams. They did not read order back to my sister and I. So we ger home and it's terriyaki chicken all three meals, first of all I don't eat meat with fat on it, I've been ordering the orange chicken and walnut shrimp with chow main for over 10! Years. I've never order different never. By the time we noticeced it was already 10: 30 they closed. So we went into store today to make it right, and the manager who doesn't speak English told me no she will not replace the food she had to give us teriyaki chicken again, no if they would of read order back then we would of said no. And they would of made me the the correct order. There is a language barrier. And some prejeidism in play cuz I'm a loyal customer and love your food. And she was rude. Didn't take us aside she continued to argue in front of customers. I think she was unprofessional and playing greedy with her food I had receipt pictures of food and still a no! I'm a paying customer and 35 dollars is a lot of money and you'd think she would of wanted 3 loyal customers to be satisfied instead she wants to lose three customers and maybe more cause I'm going to write reviews everyday until she Patricia spectrum plaza makes it right. I give your manager Patricia at spectrum plaza two thumbs down.

Went here a couple of times and bought the family pack, got home and realized each large container was 1 inch to 1 1/2 inches from top. The next visit I watched them and asked why they weren't filling it to the top and was told that they are told to only put a certain amount of scoops. I told her that makes it less than a large container and shouldn't be offered and sold as a large, Basically stealing from the customer. To top it off this time the food seemed old. Haven't been back. I've talked with friends and they expressed the the same experience.

If you want great food and an actual large container serving go to the Panda on Valencia and Midvale.

The food here is the worst out of any panda I've been to. I thought I might have been a fluke the first time, then it was the same the second time, and now a third time, the food has been just bad. I get the Beijing beef and I love it at most pandas, but here is super spicy and just doesn't taste right, like theyre not following the recipes, even the chow main tastes weird here.

Management is friendly and helpful when my Panda Express app was causing problems. It had posted on 4/1, an offer of a 2 item plate for $4. I tried to order it to get the QC code for the discount. But, the app kept saying it wasn't valid. Amidst all of this, the app kept cutting in adverts for things the company wanted to have me join or sign up for. Very annoying. The Manager was helpful and friendly, and worked with me to make the purchase with what I could afford. This is my 4th visit in the past month. And I am very satisfied with the food, yet moreso with the treatment of me that the people who work there have the capacity to afford.

Went an hour before close and they only had 4 entree options left (2 were the spicy ones) and a spoonful of the shrimp/walnut. I was going to get a plate with the shrimp and girl portioned what was left in half.she was seriously about to give 2 shrimps as an entree. I changed it to a bowl and settled for broccoli beef, which was 95% broccoli 5% beef. Maybe put a sign out and list the entrees you don’t feel like making so close to closing? Or better yet, a list of what you HAVE would be shorter. The girl serving didn’t mention the lack of options before I started my order, just kept saying “we don’t have that” until I just looked for myself what was left. I usually have no problems, just don’t come after 8pm…

Mmmmmm, more or less, I don't like the food there, but it's not that bad either, it depends on each person's taste, it's not to my taste

I've been to several different Pandas in Tucson. This is the best by far. The chicken is cooked to perfection.i. E.well done. I like the char on the outside. Yet it's tender. The Black Pepper Angus is also great tasting. What they have here that other Pandas don't is the Sriracha shrimp. This has been my second visit so far at this location. (If you're wondering which location it's the one at the Tucson Spectrum on Irvington next to Starbucks)

This place is gross. The food was old and very salty. I ordered the green beans and chicken with rice and the Veggie rolls. It was supposed to be a bowl but they were out of container. I couldn't eat it. Threw it away. I went at 1130am. Clearly I was given the day before food. Will not return.

Panda Express must have stepped up their game because the food wasn't bad at all. I usually expect a few inedible pieces of meat, yet this time there were few. They keep this up, I might have to eat here more often.
