Panda Express, Flagstaff AZ

Refuse service even if masked. This is mid May 2021. Despite CDC guidelines of fully vaccinated people not required to mask up they will ask you to leave and exercise right to refuse service of not wearing a mask. Leave politics out of fast food. I will not return if they don't adhere to CDC guidelines wether that's to wear a or not.

Got a free Uber eats order and made the mistake of wasting it on this place. I have a strong stomach and have never had a problem here before, but the broccoli beef was rank and messed my stomach up for the remainder of the day. Not gonna be ordering from here again.

This is located right off the main road in and out of Flagstaff. It's very clean and they had what I wanted. The employees could have been friendlier but I wasn't there long enough to worry about it.

Worst panda I've ever eaten. Everything was undercooked. Snow peas were hard, the rice also I didn't want to trust the rest and took my plate back for a full refund where the manager was totally sorry. He tried to offer me another plate but I just wanted my money back. Which there was no hassle just an awkward wait.

The wait in line was long. We didn't get our placers cutlery with our meal so we had to wait to get home and eat. Customer service is unfriendly.

Absolutely horrible, we have gone here a couple times now, hoping each time it would be different. But it's been so bad that we will never be coming back to this location. We have tried to be patient with them, we say there and waited. We politely asked about our food, and they looked in confusion at their hand written list, because our name was already crossed off the list. It took 30 more minutes for our food to come out. By the time it did it was missing part of the order. Don't waste your money here, you'll get your food faster at other places, and it'll actually be correct.

Literally everyone in this store was super unprofessional, I went in and asked for an item listed on their menu and everyone acted like I was speaking gibberish, then ignored me and started helping other customers behind before finishing my order. Literally skipped me to check out others who were behind me and ignored me waiting in line

Terrible service.placed an order for pick up.they said it would be ready at 320.got here at 320.waited 8 minutes and a lady just came out to tell me that they're waiting on fried rice and chow mein? !? My order was already supposed to be made.what's worse is people who entered the store after I got here are leaving. I politely asked a guy what he hot and he got friend rice and chow mein. DO NOT ORDER PICK UP FROM HERE. WALKINS ARE PRIORITY

The food was delicious. My daughter loved her beef and broccoli and the chow main was what she finished first. I had the small bowl the rice and chow main were delicious and the teriyaki is always my favorite when we go. The staff were friendly and worked fast.

The food was delicious and abundant. Definitely a good bang for the buck. I'm a big eater, but I still had enough left over for a snack the next day. They are also very efficient. Fast service from ordering to pick up. All in all, pretty darn good for fast food!

They would not let me in the restroom, stated that it was already clean. We stopped by and bought food! That is not right! The employees serving the food were serving way to much, need to be careful on portion sizes serving could have not been has busy if they wouldn’t be giving to much on plates.

Not I only do they constantly forget to give me and sweet and sour but don't listen when Im placing my order. Forgot my cream cheese ragoons. Forgot a side of my orange chicken and not to mention rude service. I come here a lot so I sucks to spend so much money on food I'm not even getting. Way to lose a loyal customer.

They ran out of entrees 20 minutes to close and refused to make more. Poor service, especially by Manny.

Only one person working the service line and Out of alot of food, 10 minute wait, we went to chipotle next door.

This Panda Express was pretty good. The food was good quality. One big suggestion would be for the staff to clean a little better in the dining area. Always packed with people.

Food was great, I feel as though they could use more staff to tackle how much business they get between 10am and 2pm.

The most popular entree orange chicken was dried out and rubbery. Not a good location. Quality sucks. Avoid this place.

It was good but not enough spicy heat for me. The sweetfire chicken with chow mein is good post workout for the protein.

Staff, while most appear to be students, is efficient and friendly. Some of dishes hit ok range. Others, particularly specials, border on fabulous. It's a great fast lunch or dinner stop at a good price.mjm
