Panda Express, Glendale AZ

Real pleased with the service. The employees were prompt, and friendly with me and the customers ahead of me. When they took my order, they were generous with their servings. The food also tasted fresh which must mean they get busy throughout all hours of the day.

Asked for chili sauce and was given 1 PACKET when I asked for more, the manager CATHY threw 3 more in our bag! We ordered 2 bigger plates and should be able to get more sauce than that.

Came in tonight didn't get my receipt I checked my bag and they forgot my spring rolls food serving size was small and I tried to call and no answer! Before I left with my bag, I asked them is everything in my bag they said yes! Not trusting that answer again! I would like my money back for what I didn't get.

Tonight you failed! Get your restaurant open to the public! If your that worried about people coming in stop doing business!

I go here more often, because this is the closest Panda to my residence, I've experienced better service and quality of the food in other Panda Express restaurants, it is easy to get in and out and no drive trough.

Great and a friendly staff. They were helpful and were respectucful to my concern of shellfish allergies.

Busy but quick and clean. I utilized their online ordering which was easy to use. My meals were hot and fresh and waiting for me at 12: 30 p.m. The toilet didn't flush, the handle was loose, I am guessing the chain disconnected itself.but the restroom was clean.over all experience was very good.

Only certain Panda Express' are worth going to and the bad ones are bad. Even at the good ones I'm going to Panda for a specific thing and for it to be fast and convenient. I don't expect to be amazed at Panda Express. Before they added grilled teriyaki chicken I stopped eating their for years it was so bad. They added the GT and I decided to try another location and they have made it back into the rotation.

Fast and courteous. The only thing keeping them from 5 stars is new veggies were mixed with old ones that looked rotten. I pointed it out and was told it was just from the last batch.

Do not go here.ordered 2 entries and a side combo.staff member asked me if I want egg roll and I said yes because it should be included.i got charged extra for egg roll.be careful what you order. Crazy place.

This panda location is great. I've never had any kind of issues I got through the line very quickly. Most of the times that I've been to this location the foods have been well stocked and I've never had to wait for my food. This is a great location.

Best Panda Express in Maricopa county! Food is always fresh and hot and bathroom is always clean.

Love coming in here, the food is fresh, the service it great and it's always nice and clean when I come in with my family.

Do not order uber eats from this location every time I have ordered through them I have requested certain small items nothing outrageous or over the top simple things like please put soy and red panda sauce in the order but it seems like they could care less than to get it done right. I order large every time just to make sure everyone I work with eats I will no longer order from here ever again.

I LOVE Panda Express the food quality is always really good, they keep it/them clean by "them or they" I mean pretty much any Panda I've ever been to. They also give you WAY to much of the starch weather it's the rice or the lo-mein. I started getting just vegetables instead of a starch, well they generally under cook their vegetables to a point that they're hard to chew. I guess to discourage anyone from getting them. They are getting stingyer with the protein especially if you pay the extra money for an upgrade to a shrimp or steak dish. All that being said I'm still giving them five stars because I've NEVER walked in and gotten the creeps, or worried that I was going to get the "green apple quick step! " If you know what I mean. Like you do at so many no name, off brand Chinese restaurants.

Very tasty food for a fast food chain. Have never had a meal I didn't like. Staff always very accommodating if they are short of an item. They will make a fresh batch in just a few minutes while you wait. Will give a sample of a new menu item or just something you are not familiar with before you order. Better than getting something that you would not like.

This Panda Express is tucked onto the far right corner of the row of shops, (viewed from parking), and can be easily missed at first glance. Don't be discouraged, it's there, and the staff do a great job of preparing all your favorite dishes. Don't be afraid to try a sample!

Worse food ever. I love panda express but this location is horrible. I called 4 times and nobody answered, decided to drive to them, there was 3 customers already eating and 5 staff just chilling. Orange chicken was gross, you can taste vinegar and rest of items tasted old.

The location is kept clean and stuff is friendly, but the food is lacking flavor and the meats often taste dry.

Do not show up 30 minutes before closing. They make it very clear they want to be done for day. They should just close earlier.
