First and last time shopping at this location, ordered a ring for my daughter online that was too big. Pandora customer service said I would be able to exchange in store with no issues. Walked in the store and the lady told me I needed to wait outside then another lady said I could enter. The lady who helped us was named Diane, she was extremely rude (she is the same one who told me to wait outside) like my exchange was an inconvenience. Nonetheless got the right size but won't be back

Line to get into the store was extremely long, which I understand with it being the month of December. I went into the store to purchase a mom charm and when I checked the charm I purchased when I got home it said sister. Definitely having more staff on the floor would help with wait times, errors, and the quality of costumer service.

I love the store and I enjoyed working there the time I did! The environment is so welcoming and the ladies there are always so attentive and helpful. Recommended for gifts, some self pampering or just to visit and check out all they have to offer.

I love going to the Pandora store. All of the sales people know the merchandise very well and can help design the most appropriate bracelet based on what you personally want to achieve. I recently started a rose toned bracelet and with the help of my salesperson the bracelet has become one of my favorites. I have 8 so far and each has a theme such as family, mom and grandma's, sports, travel, Christmas and of course Star Wars. Everyone there takes the time to help get the bracelet you want to show off and have a personal meaning. I get a message as well of any presale event or charms on sale.

Tucson Mall Pandora is an essential part of every woman’s jewelry collection. I have been creating with this store for 10 years and each bracelet means the world to me. Pandora is a personalized piece of jewelry that no one else will ever have and each sales associate takes the time to help you create your masterpiece. Highly recommend!

I received no help in replacing my item that I emailed at least 3 times about. I always got the auto reply.

Great customer service. They didn't have what I was looking for in stock (for a last minute birthday gift) and Daniela took the time to not only check other stores but called them for me to put it on hold. Very much appreciated!

Some of the staff are very rude. There is this practical lady who if I went to the store I get ignored by her. They literally ignored me and didn’t acknowledge I’m there. I spend a lot of my money and I don’t think such behavior is acceptable! I don’t want to go again and spend money to get this treatment.
