Cafe Panera Bread reviews
18Panera believes that good food can bring out the best in all of us, that is why they are offering 20% off all gift card purchases through 09/05 along with their warm, welcoming environment and delicious freshly baked cookies, pastries, bagels and range of breads from focaccia to classic comforting dishes each with an intriguing twist.
I ordered some soup for my family supposed to feed 4 people and i only got one bowl enough just for two, also only got one small piece of bread. I’ll probably never eat at this location again they always get my food wrong or my order smh
Come here all the time and I’ve never had a problem until today. This employee below with no bra, ignored me as I tried to get help with my to go order, she acknowledged other people of other races as they came seeking their order but I had almost raise my voice to get her help and even then she didn’t even look at me when I spoke to her. I know that this is not how this location normally is but Ms no bra need to learn what appropriate and respectful customer service looks like
Nancy is such a great employee! I always get a green tea with my sipclub thing and everytime i come she greets me by name and is so kind a friendly
Always check your order before you leave! They forget part of my order almost every single time I go here. I tried calling about it because I hate just leaving a bad review but they just hung up on me so 1 star it is!
Was here this weekend. Ordered a flatbread, soup and chippers. Got home and noticed my flatbread was missing and the extra cost item I ordered was nowhere to be found either. The other item I ordered was a bowl of soup that was actually a cup. Only thing they got right was giving me the chippers I ordered. I will say they are pretty carefree with plastic ware seeing how I got six soup spoons with my cup of soup.
Went through drive through today and got a tuna sandwich for my sister for her lunch break. Drove across town and dropped it off to my sister.after leaving my sister called and told me her TUNA sandwich had NO TUNA. Smh. Not much I could do since I was already back across town.
I will NEVER eat here again. I used to love Panera, but the quality of food has dropped pitifully and the staff in most locations are loud, obnoxious children. The dining experience sucks all the way around. Though the staff here is a little more respectable than most locations.
I ordered a salad with chicken and it had disgusting greasy black crispy lumps in it, about the size of Jumbo black olives or larger! Right on top! One looked almost like a fried bug. Not kidding. The girl at the grill replaced the salad, and this time both the chicken AND the lettuce were inedible. Both items tasted like they had been stored uncovered in a refrigerator with smelly foods. I ate the baguette, threw out the second salad and left. Each time I visit a Panera anywhere these last 2-3 years, I am disappointed: either in the poor behavior of the untrained staff (loudly guffawing and yukking it up just like they’re outside on recess), the lower quality of the food (remember the “clean food” ads? NO MORE!), or the general atmosphere. No more classical music- now it’s fast-pace music so you don’t want to stay as long.
MUSIC TOO LOUD!
Yep. Panera officially SUCKS as a restaurant chain now. Not recommended. This place especially!
My tuna sandwich did not have very much tuna on it! It was very cold in the restaurant, and the music was loud enough that it was difficult to converse with my friends.
I order delivery 2-3 times weekly for a year. 40% fail rate on accuracy/consistency/missing or incorrect items.
When it’s good it is enjoyable (it’s why I kept ordering) though a bit over priced especially since the menu prices are higher on the app for delivery plus the extra fees.
The last straw was calling the 855 number to speak with a supervisor about the inconsistency with my orders; I was told to call the store directly going forward.
It felt like a huge brush off. And he was very rude to boot. Zero resolve.
*Update*. Tried again and my last 2 deliveries were perfect. Note that it was in the afternoon vs the morning or midday. Previously a 1 Star review. Hoping our comments help.
I don't know why I keep coming to this location outside of it is closest to my home.
THIS is what they served me. I get that it is more than likely put in the oven open faced but to allow the cheese to burn on top and be hard everywhere else is ridiculous.
Everytime I come to this location it's something different. Guess I'll have to drive a little further to Guadalupe for correct and appetizing orders.
Very disappointing.
Natalie is a very rude employee, you ask a question she is unprofessional, her submission to you as a customer is very uncomfortable. I chose not to go to corporate because I would rather her change her attitude towards the people through the reviews on her as a reflection of who she is as a person. I see other reviews about the customer service at this location and it doesn't seem to have any action being taken to change one star reviews or one star customers into 5 star rating customers.
I mean it a Panera, they have incredible consistency and food. It is more than I usually would spend (compared to like Jimmy johns) but quality and flavor go way up.
Wrong sandwiches for the second time always the lengthiest time at drive through need to bring workers from other paneras. I hope this is the last bad experience at panera.
Mediocre and somewhat overpriced. Tuna sandwich was particularly fishy; salad had wilty lettuce and was over-dressed. Don't tip: there is no table service (and you might need to clear the plates and brush the crumbs from the previous patron). Sadly, the low rating is likely due to present economy (insufficient staff).
We went here for brunch and it was a very unpleasant experience. Chicken was not cooked in both sandwiches we ordered and bread was ‘cold’. More than that it was very disappointing to notice that silverware was not washed properly and was dirty. This is not acceptable to me as a Panera Bread regular customer.
Ordered a chipotle avocado chicken sandwich and it was so salty I couldn't eat it. I have been to other Paneras without this issue I don't know what happened here but yeah make sure you check your bread before you take it home
I love the new cheddar broccoli macaroni and cheese! I just wish you could pick a cookie as your side instead of a piece of bread or chips.
