This is my go to Panera. Always so clean and the staff is so so hospitable, I especially have to shout-out the Manager Cheyenne who has always made sure my orders are correct and that my experience is exceptional.

My husband and I placed an order for pick up. The bag was ready, and was stapled shut with the receipt visible as usual. However, when we got home and opened the bag, the order was incorrect. We called multiple times, and no one answered. Will not be going to this location again.

I’ve been to this location for curbside pickup twice this month and both times was left waiting in my car for 10+ minutes before getting frustrated and going inside to get my order. I was told sorry and that they were busy but I was literally the only order waiting. It really just seems like they don’t pay attention to curbside orders which really sucks as a customer when you’re trying to minimize your exposure to Covid.

Food quality is good, but they are pretty bad at getting orders correct, and they don't answer their phones when you need them most. The only time we tried delivery from them, they gave us somebody else's order and there was no way to contact the store so they could fix it quickly. I had to get a refund through their regular customer service system, which took over a week to respond to me. We went here a few days ago for a pickup order and had to remind them that we had drinks and they forgot to give us our pastries. They have a curbside pickup system right but you're usually waiting 10+ minutes for them to bring it to your car, sometimes as much as 30 mins, and again, the store doesn't answer their phones.

The more often I go to Panera, not just this location, the more I'm convinced that it is going the way of places like Olive Garden. They were doing great but then it seems like they got comfy and now it feels like their quality is going further down as time goes by. Their portions seem to be getting smaller and some of the prep seems lazy or done without any care.

Ordered a soup and it was mostly juice. My son took three bites and it was gone. Management didn’t care about my situation. I paid for another soup and left I will not ever eat here again.

I like Panera but Paradise Bakery was better. No more mango tea and the muffins aren't as good.

I go to Panera Breads all over the valley several times a week, and this is the first time they have ever tried to charge me for grated cheese on my soup. Seriously? With so many other options in the area, I will not be returning here. The parking lot is also very cramped. Terrible experience.

The were pretty short handed here at this location but did very well keeping up with the demands. Very real and quite, great for doing home.

Good food and a great example of how to use technology to improve the customer experience while increasing productivity.

Ordered a salad that was mostly lettuce with very little else. Since they remodeled the atmosphere has become very bland and they skimp on all of the salad toppings. Would not recommend.

I normally go to a different location but they closed. I sat in a line with the customers ahead of me for over 10 minutes. Most of the staff was just standing around and they had one girl taking orders. It looked like she had just finished training. It took her forever to complete an order. I'll never come to this location again.

I always like this chain/franchise wherever they are. They have comfortable tables and booths with electric outlets. Their bagels are made in house so get there early and they are the freshest and hottest. A very laid back atmosphere where you order at the counter and they bring your food/drinks to your table. Always feel welcome there and never any rush.

Staff is clueless. This is the second time I have been and the staff looks lost in space. Everyone running around, no one knows what goes where and what's been made. Also what happened to the cookie? You seriously give out a piece of old bread now?

Served barely lukewarm soup, then acted like I must be making it up. One would think a national chain could afford the purchase and employee training on a thermometer. Guess not.
