Cafe Panera Bread reviews
30Sub par service. About 80% of the time their out of half the products on the menu. The last few times I’ve been through the drive threw, I’ve been asked to pull forward & off to a parking spot to wait for my food, I wait 15 minutes before getting my food, get home only to find my order wrong. I’m not going back & would not recommend anyone go to this location at Metro!
Expensive place to eat, especially when you get very little meat. I got the steak and white cheddar and they put something on this sandwich that was nasty, oh and you get a bag of chips with it not your choice of chips either, but anyway as I said their was very little meat on it. Been wanting to try it since they opened and now that I tasted it I'll forget about this place now.
Came to the Metro location for dinner. I ordered a bowl of the Chicken Noodle soup. When my food was ready there is a bowl of soup and an apple. The manager then tells me that they are out of baguettes and chips. That would have been something the cashier could have told me before I ordered. I came for a meal not a children’s snack. The manager offered me a cookie when what came in for was a meal. Not to mention I got a half bowl of basically broth for $8 plus a drink came to $10.95!
Nonsense! Never going to Panera again!
I went to Panera at Metro Pky today and this is what they gave me. Wheres my chicken walnut? I was so disappointed.
I absolutely LOVE Panera.have for over 15 years. This Panera is by far the worst. They don't read orders correctly; constantly out of product in the middle of the afternoon and then don't tell you until after you've ordered; and the employees are loud (can hear their conversations in the dining room).
The staff here is super friendly. I almost passed out when I realized they had a drive through. I will be back more than ever now, they made it way too convenient. The last time I went, I was asking the drive through chick for some suggestions, and her opinions on certain items. It was like talking to a close friend lol. Food is great as always.
Was hesitant about coming here or even around where I am at because they all have low ratings but I came here because I love Panera. They got half my boyfriends order wrong, not a big deal but than I look at my food and the fontega cheese is cold and a huge clump in the corner of my sandwich and the chicken had a weird color and was the crappy pieces just thrown in there. Absolutely gross. Got a refund and left. Hungry and disappointed
I ordered one of the overpriced salads and the dressing was gross. The lettuce was wilted and the texture was mush. The guy that cleaned our table was way friendlier than the girl that took our order.
The drive through wasn't just slow. I had to knock on the window just to get them to start working on my order like 5 minutes after getting to the window. It was probably longer because I was browsing Facebook while I was waiting. I was actually trying to be cool but it felt like a freaking staring contest that just went too far. All we ordered was smoothies!
I have now been here 2 times now and each time was great. Very friendly staff and Amazing food. Definitely will be returning
We love Panera, so when we visited this restaurant we were very disappointed. Wasn't very busy but it took forever to get our order. Meanwhile I watched manager with one side of a dirty rag wipe tables, chairs, garbage can, food items and even wiped the floor before swiping more tables with it. Grossed us out and we left. Place was dirty.
Around 6 pm I tried to order online, orders for pick up, and delivery were not available until the next day.so I had to go through the drive thru and get the food. I went home and my order was missing the kids Mac & cheese and the baguette for 1 of my soups, I had to go back to pick it up. The bread for the steak arugula sandwich was very soggy, bad. Not a good experience when you spend $50.00 on a supposedly good restaurant.
Initial visit had a few issues, however, Kim, one of the managers REALLY made up for it and corrected all issues! I will now DEFINITELY be returning as Kim turned my opinion around of this store. As a loyal customer as of over 10 years ago when the first Panera bread opened near me in SoCal, I was very pleased to have an initially poor meal corrected with a great one! Thanks Kim, you're the best!
Service was absurdly slow for a Friday morning with almost no customers in the restaurant. Menu lists only some of the ingredients on breakfast sandwiches.
I'm a generally forgiving individual, inclined to giving second chances. With Panera I've given multiple opportunity to change my opinion. Suffice to say, another mediocre lunch. I like my salad ingredients cool and crisp. Salad greens were room temperature and were cut to include the deep core. Stringy and chewy in the wrong way. Sandwich bread was slightly on the dry side with meager portions. Soup was very good. To sum it up, I miss Paradise Bakery.
The staff here provides excellent customer service, and are very friendly. That's the best compliment I can give a corporate chain restaurant, as the food is the same quality you'd come to expect from any Panera.
Love Panera, but this location has shortened my order now twice. Not realizing it until I’m home then I have to go all the way back for the rest of my order. Super inconvenient especially when your starving!
Im new in the area and no better place than Panera to read or catch up on some laptop work. I have been to this area twice in 3 wks and this place is alway clean, staff are pleasant and food taste wondeful.
I just paid too much for this location to be out of avocado and the only side available was a bag of plain potato chips? Disappointing, I paid and wasn't notified until it was delivered to my table.
I went for a chicken tortellini alfredo no personality for starters no acknowledgement. Then when i get my food the bread was just thrown in the bag my food was not properly covered and the sauce was all over place. I know their trying to get orders out but not out of the container! Disappointed.
