First visit…they fit us in, which was greatly appreciated. Felt confident in PA’s evaluation. Nice to have a Urologist close to home.

Although I never personally met Dr. Jain, his staff was very courteous and did a great job navigating me through the various processes.

The Doctors and staff are very professional, courteous and friendly.
What I also like is they do keep there appointment times. I have never had to sit in the waiting room for more then five minutes.

This was my 1st visit with Dr. Jain. Right off, I felt comfortable talking with him. He listened to what I was saying and suggested a game plan to see what needed to be done. My PCP sent me to Dr. Jain, and I trust my PCP doctor.

Everyone there always treats me so nice. It's always a pleasant experience every time that I go there.

Staff is friendly and professional. Wait time was minimal. The PA was courteous and professional.

This year's follow up was via telehealth call. Much like an office visit, it was scheduled for 11am but the call came about 30 mins late. There were also delays in getting labs done due to the lab order not reaching the on-base military lab I prefer to use. I ended up having them send the order to another lab.

I don’t appreciate Dr Jain just blowing me off when I attempted to explain the severity of the pain following the procedure. Having said that, I think Dr Jain is a special talent and so I stick with him. Listening is not his strong suit.

Chatted in the office with Dr Jain and answered a few questions. Got information regarding Kegal exercises.
Provided a urine sample and a ultrasound of the bladder was completed.
Follow-up test in two weeks
Look forward to completing the test necessary to complete the process.

Had to change my review. Recently had a procedure and at the follow up appt the doctor did not bother to even meet with me I met with a student that had no knowledge about my procedure total waste of time and money. Very disappointed I have gone to him for years and he did not have the respect to complete the follow up appt after a pretty serious procedure.

While I didn’t see Dr. Jain, people I dealt with were professional, knowledgeable, and helpful.

I came to Arizona Urology because of the reviews online (especially compared to other places that had 2 stars. I was like I am not trusting my organs to people with that bad of unanimous reviews haha!) and because of how I felt about my initial phone call to the office.
Dr Jain and the medical staff were all friendly and concise. I felt like I was fairly taken care of and 10 days after my procedure, nothing has fallen off or broken yet. Dr. Jain said he had been performing this specific procedure for 25 years, so I knew I was in good hands. Definitely recommend Dr Jain and Arizona Urology.

Receptionist staff nurses to doctors, all very polite on their toes with your needs, making phone calls, going out of their way to get things done for you. Great group of people recommend highly.

Dr. Jain has always been at the top of the profession. He explains everything fully. I appreciate all he has done for me.

They don’t want to take responsibility after hours whoever is in charge told me he didn’t care and that I need to take my wife to the emergency room because it’s not his problem but we just had surgery this morning in their place and pay them a lot of money. They did not detect another problem until the ER in laveen detected another problem that’s was this place responsibility

As the secretaries, assistants and the Doctor were very polite and helped me to understand my problem.
