9The front desk receptionist was helpful and courteous. The medical staff answered all my questions re garding an upcoming second visit.
Dr. Jain met with me and shared details of a recent test in a clear manner and laid out possible further steps so that I could understand them. At no time did I feel he was talking down to me.a very satisfactory interaction.

Everything went smooth. Had to wait about 20 minutes but I expect that. Friendly people in office. It was hard to find office, no markings on building, only said AZ Urology on the door not on the building itself

AZ Urology was wonderful and accommodating, I arrived a day earlier than my appointment, as I am in a wheelchair, they changed my appointment to that day and time so I would not have to come back the next day.
