Papa John's Pizza, Phoenix AZ

I called and the man told me to call back in 20-30 minutes because "we aren't accepting online orders" and when I replied "But I'm calling! " he responded "I understand your point, let me transfer you to the front desk. " After being on hold briefly, the call dropped. Did I call Papa John's or a scam center in India?

Believe it or not I had been craving Papa John's pizza for a few days and they did not disappoint. Their pizza was as good as I expected it to be and the staff was super friendly despite the heat inside. Will definitely order again!

Dont work there. They like to say that people quit so that way u cant collect unemployment. Wack yo!

Charged my card and never delivered my food. I called back 10 times and got hung up on every time. I had to dispute the charges on my card. Absolute scum.

I wish I had a job where I had the luxury to ignore customers who walk in to pick up their order they placed online let alone the ability to ignore customers in general I waited a bit to have some slither of hope that a worker would provide customer service and come to the cash register to assist me however that was not the case what really should’ve told me to just leave and believe me I left is when I saw that six of the employees were not properly wearing masks and two of the employees were not wearing mask at all it would be a shame if someone were to report your business and get you fired for not following a citywide mandate but that’s none of my business. Anyways I’m going to grandpa’s Pizza now to actually get a good customer service experience and pay for a pizza that I should’ve originally got from you guys I can see why this particular store has a three star rating I really don’t understand how employees in fast food think they deserve $15 an hour when this is all you get bad customer service everywhere unless you’re paying a lump sum amount for food or going to Chick-fil-A. My suggestion would be to let all of these employees go and start from fresh ground because I can assure you this batch of employees are not it they are just cheap labor

TERRIBLE! I've placed an order at 10: 50pm and was told It'd be a 2 hour wait. Which makes no sense because they close at 12AM, they always end up canceling my order a few minutes before they close. On two other occasions they've acted like they had to cancel my order because "[their] drivers car broke down on the highway" again they call me and cancel a few minutes before they close. Just plain disrespectful.

I just ordered here online like I do at least three times a month. My order was incorrect because the website submitted it incorrectly the manager said. He blamed me, and yelled at me. Then he hung up on me. His name was allegedly Blaze Pratt. I am so confused as to why I would be treated this way. One thing is for sure though, I will never order from papa johns again.

My father spent over $50 on his order and tipped this locations delivery driver as well. A gentleman working there tonight claiming to be the only person working in the shop tonight after we spoke to two other representatives rudly hung up on us four times now after being incredibly disrespectful when we called to inform that the order was messed up. Our food is undercooked and missing items. We order from this location spending hundreds of dollars every month and often most weeks. After the utter disrespectful customer service and a general lack of human decency we will never return to this or any other Papa John's locations.

I ordered my food incorrectly online. Being the first time using their online service, I made a mistake. Noticing it once I got to the store they advised me it would be corrected. When I got my "corrected pizza" and got home I found it was the same pizza. Leaving a review got the attention of the manger. He sent me a email apologizing and a free 2 topping large pizza. It was less than 24hrs. That's awesome customer service and I was impressed. Will return!

Ever since I moved in my apartment I've been getting delivery monthly because of the deals quality of food and the addicting garlic sauce!

I'm a truck driver an bunkering down overnight in Phoenix AZ an called 4 places dominoes pizza hut an 2 other was told no wont deliver to my truck called papa John's never had it b4 an they had no problem delivering to mybtruck good deal an now my favorite pizza thank yall alot I very much appreciate it

Pizza was over cooked. I ordered on a Sunday football game time and a big mistake. They were probably swamped with orders. All I know is I am not ordering from this place again. I think they should be prepared on days like today.

Only one worker and had an attitude towards me because she thought that I didn't feel like waiting but I have no problem waiting

Ordered online. Pizza was suppose to be delivered in 25 to 35 minutes. Been over an hour. Still no pizza.

Always great, pizza fast service, I work at DOC and they give us a discount we always choose papa John's and love that garlic sauce with pizza. Store is clean no dine in service but can see puzza doe being made in front of you always clean in the store and staff professional.

Pappa johns sugar tasting sauce is so dam sick the cheese is really odd if they had less sugar is ths sauce and cheese like little ceasers it would be good

Unless you want to wait over 90 min for your delivery I suggest you order from Pizza Hut. It happened to me 4 times in less than 2 months.

The people are really friendly but a 15 min wait turned into a 35 min wait. They know how behind they are so they should be honest and the client will make a conscious decision

Just came in to grab a pizza. They had made me a "crappy" pizza last time about two weeks ago. Well anyways came in tonight to grab me a pizza and I'm just the type that likes to make people aware of mistakes, so I had taken a picture of the pizza to show them the next time I came in. Josh was very helpful he showed genuine concern that I had a bad experience. Bottom line went to pay and he had given it to for free. Honestly made my day.

I ordered when they were busy and though it did take a while, i was greeted by my driver with an apology and a smile. Great customer service and my pizza was nice and fresh!
