The manager with the tattoo on her face should be fired she cussed me out in the phone so I went to the store. Was called a racial slur. Horrible place should be closed.

This is the worst experience with this location. To expensive, the food arrived late the pizza was dry, cold, the toppings were scarce and the hot wings had no sauce. My wife asked for a refund, she was denied, told her they would make the order again. We don’t want the order again! The manager said he would make the pizza personally. Wow, I feel so much better. My advice… don’t order from Papa Johns!

YUM! The works pizza was perfect. Easy phone in order with answering service was helpful and easy. The answering service is at a different location and no stress service to my questions on deals. Thumbs up.

I ordered from this place on 10/27/22. I canceled my order after they called me to tell me that they were running behind and it was going to be another 1-1.5 hours more. Was told they would refund it. Waited the 10 business days for the refund never received it. Went into that location. Told them what happened. We gave them the order number and the employee verify
the order was from us. So at that moment they had our order in there system because it pulled up to verify us. The employee went and got the manager on duty and he was instantly rude. He told us that he wasn't able to find our order and to contact our credit card company. How can the employee have our order the system one moment and a minute later the manager says it's not there. Seems fishy to me. I would just stay away from that place. I mean a little kindness can go along way. Even if they couldn't refund it at that point they could have done a store credit or something.

Worst experience I’ve ever had getting pizza. Told me it would be ready in 20 minutes. Sat there for an hour. Told me to kept waiting and even tried delaying my refund, insisting that I should wait. Manager didn’t care whatsoever and flat out ignored me when I asked for assistance. DONT GO HERE EVER!

Ordered philliy cheesesteak large thin crust.it was horrible.no flavor.the crust was over cooked more like a cracker.very little ingredients.no meat or onions or peppers.just sauce and some cheese.absolutely no taste.won't be back.

Really easy to order online or by phone for carry out. We did phone order and paid by cash when we picked up. What was good: being able to look online ahead of time to see what they have, talking to a real human to make an order, getting an upsell option of "for $3 more you can have a large pizza! " and being able to get not only the total amount due but also when the order would be ready. Very nice!
The pepperoni pizza was good, with the crust cooked through and no doughy gross center. The tomato sauce was sure flavorful, just wished for more pepperoni. The Papa John's bowl was good, better than ever, plenty of food and easy to eat with no dough but still kinda the pizza experience.
What was less good: boring menu choices, nothing trendy or exciting. Calling in an order you are dealing with a call center person who may talk too fast for you to understand them so you need to ask them to repeat that.
All in all, pretty good, like a steady standby you'll want to keep around for feeding the soccer team, the late night brainstorming session at work, or just some hungry retirees or kids.

Read the reviews this store is the worst.
Hopefully they get a new owner soon because they are poorly managed.

BASICALLY MAKE THE PIZZA HOWEVER THEY WANT AND ITS NEVER CONSISTENT.

I'm literally tired of the bad pizzas.

Did you know that a “Papida” is a 2 slices of pizza folded in half that you’re paying 3 times as much for if you did it on your own?

Whoever the chick is with the dreds can cook. Super crispy, well done like it should be with no ask. Bravo.

The pizza tastes great but they just drop the toppings in one spot constantly, I have ordered many pizzas from this location and 9 times out of ten it's a handful of toppings in the middle of a large pizza.update found a rotten mushroom in our pizza.we will not be using this location ever again.

I ordered 2 large pizzas, was told I couldn't carry out, instead they can only deliver. What? Cancelled the order, went to dominos. I was loyal to papa johns till today, dominos treated me better.

Yuck. Gross. And Yuck. And gross.

I cut the crust of the "original crust" from the body of the pizza.

There was not enough toppings and cheese to top the simple crust of one piece.

They must use cheese with additives because the consistency was like milk and flour.

Could not eat more than one piece.

Just yuck and gross.

Solution:

Make your own.

Tip 00 flour (Whole Foods or AJ's), Rao's pizza sauce, grate your own mozzarella and add your own toppings. 550 degrees. Voila!

Done and your'e eating in less time than their online order to delivery.

I still can't get the gross taste out of my mouth.

47 minutes late and missing half of the topping $50 for the worst service on tucson, get your food somewhere else. Never ordering from this franchise ever again.

My son loves Papa Johns pizza. I prefer local pizza shops but Papa John's is pretty good for a chain. However, the person taking orders over the phone was difficult to talk to.

Pizza was pretty good not very hot. Delivery was terrible. If you want no contact delivery do not come here. They will come to the door hand it to you and then rolled her eyes when you say you want no contact. Poor customer service.
