Papa Johns Pizza, Surprise AZ

This place is the worst place an order it never shows you tried to call to get a status update they hang up on you call back to speak with the manager by pressing option 5 and they hang up on you again the worst customer service out of Papa John's by far

They use Door dash drivers and food arrives cold. They used to have their own drivers and the food always came on time and was warm. Never ordering again.

I mentioned my pizza being cold when I went to pick up. The young man with glasses working offered to make it again and was very polite. The pizza came out so quick, great customer service!

Staff rude and very unprofessional. Told cashier the girls 2 long pigtails were literally dipping in the toppings containers as she was making food. Rather then addressing issue immediately he said he would let her know in a minute. I canceled my order and left. Watched from my car as he told her they laughed. Did my shopping at Walmart came back 20 mins later to to see her hair still down and going in the food. Apparently cleanliness and food borne illnesses are a joke to staff here. STAY AWAY!

Mfs can’t answer a phone for the life of them and my food was all messed up and didn’t get no help in resolving this issue! Thankyou for no help!

Poor customer service and won't take discount codes that are taken at all other locations.

Everything was delicious. Thin crust pizza, jalapeño bites, brownies. Yum. Fast, friendly service.

Food was delicious, actually. But what it did to my insides is why I dropped a star! Employees were young but very, very professional.

Purchased pizzas and they were never delivered to our address. Called and spoke to the manager and she informed us that they now work with Doordash. Then she proceeded to aske if I checked outside on the ground. First off why would I want a pizza thats been left on the ground? So, I told her the tracker said that it was delivered but I still have no pizza. I asked for a refund but she insisted on just redelivering the order. We said no and asked for her to refund us. 2 hours later hear a knock on the door and its my neighbor asking if we ordered pizzas.the Amazon man knocked on their door and let them know they had pizzas sitting on the ground.
Only in this new ran America do we have over entitled people who work at these jobs and don't even do the right thing but then complain about Wages and/or tips. So, PapaJohns has lost a customer. Not worth the hassle or head ache to keep giving our hard earned money to over priced food that was made better years ago.

Impressive service! Very well done. Called in a pick up it was perfect! It was still steaming hot when I took the 15min drive home to savoring every part of the pie! I opened the box when I got home steam of fire came off my pizza. It was incredible!

Papa John's usually makes excellent pizza's. First of all the driver was great, no complaints there. I ordered two large stuffed crust pizza's.and I ordered 2x extra cheese and that was ignored and several areas on the pizza was bare. What bothers me is the exorbitant cost for additional cheese. They will not correct this issue or have ever responded just collected the money. Update: same thing happened yesterday, 5/26/23, no extra cheese. Extra cheese may be subjective, but If ordered and paid for it, I feel the whole pizza should be covered without any bare spots.

Manager was condecending, rude and completely incapable of providing satisfactory basic customer inquiry. She is why I will never return.

My pizzas looked deformed. Half of the pizza looked like a thin crust, and half was normal but chared.

Use to love this place but what happened to the $8.99 special? Until they cut back the prices we'll go elsewhere for pizza. Really disappointed in papa johns.

I had a great experience with Papa John's. Their pizza was nice and fresh. The staff was friendly and delivered on time.
