Absolutely amazing experience! Loved every second of it! Charles was our pilot & he was great!

Our Rim to River Tour of the Grand Canyon from our LV hotel to the plane to helicopter to the river boat was an amazing once in a lifetime experience. We got to experience the Grand Canyon as if we were embedded in an action movie. The company runs its tours better than a precision clock with the only pause being a short wait for the "Twin Otter" (air work-horse with high wings) that ferries folks back and forth to Boulder City. The plane ride was an incredibly scenic trip over the Mohave desert with views of mountains, the hoover dam, and provided some first views as we approached the Grand Canyon. The helicopter (Euro-copter) swept us down to the canyon floor in an exciting ten minute flight which was an incredibly immersive experience. We walked a few flights of stairs down to the dock and got to enjoy the views from the water. After the tour, we had enough time to hike near the canyon rim followed by the flight back. If we revisit LV we will take the longer Hummer tour. I cannot speak more highly of this professional company and our experience which was just incredible.

Everything was good organized, from the online booking till the end. The flight with the chopper was great and it gives you a whole other view from the stunning canyon. We had a great time.

We doubted for a long time whether we would do this. The price is steep and we wondered if it was worth it. However, afterwards we had no regrets. Fantastic flight and it all looks so beautiful and big from above. Really wouldn't have wanted to miss this.

Not really a mind blowing experience, AVOID AFTERNOON flights!

Just ok, is a slightly different view of the same thing, not getting close to canyons or anything, just flying over it, pretty much like any high viewpoint in the Park.very repetitive scenery.so you're not missing much.

The worst part, the sun at 5pm is blocking all the views so more than half of trip -if you're seated on the left behind the pilot- you won't be able to see much, or take any pictures at all.

They had pre-recorded explanatory audios that felt very impersonal.

And also, I'm surprised they don't advise people to wear dark/black clothes to minimize the reflections, one of the other travelers had a bright orange jacket, so it was visible in most of my pictures, quite annoying to find the right angles.

I recently did the Kaua'i flight in Hawaii and it's million times better, and way cheaper! If you're debating, don't do this one.it's very disappointing.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a helicopter tour, and I must say it was an outstanding adventure. Safety was a top priority throughout the entire journey, which immediately put my mind at ease.

Our pilot, Kalon, was exceptional. His professionalism and expertise were evident from the moment we took off. He provided insightful commentary during the tour, making it not only visually stunning but also intellectually engaging.

Wow, what a way to view the Grand Canyon. Correographed music was spot on. An expensive half hour that's well worth it!

They seperated me from my girl and her brother, took a photo with a helicopter with other people and wanted for that picture 25 dollar. I offered 10 dollars but they refused. Very, very bad service.

What a terrific experience! I am so fearful of heights and the first thing Cody our pilot says in the microphone is he is typically the janitor but today he’s flying a helicopter. Oh and Ester was very accommodating she works in the office. Great job to Papillion helicopters. I will be talking about this for a while:)

Unfortunately, our (two travel buddies) request for front seats (booked over half a year ago (surcharge $60 per person) was not fulfilled, even though we were the first there. Instead, a couple was put in the front two places, they have now taken double and triple photos and videos, they are happy and my friend was almost unable to take any photos from the middle, so we are very very disappointed, especially with that high price. I actually know it from Australia and other countries that couples get two seats in the back with one at the window, where one can take the photos etc.can make. 0 star for that. The provider can't do anything about the rather modest weather. Given the high price, my buddy was very disappointed, that shouldn't have been the case. The promised flight time, friendliness were ok and the well-maintained aircraft and instruction 1 star for it. There won't be more because they don't deserve more. We are very disappointed everyone should have their seat confirmed, with a full money back guarantee.

You have to book and pay six months in advance. No problem. You have to confirm a day in advance that you want to fly, otherwise you'll lose your booking and your money. No problem. You have to be there 1/2 hour to an hour before departure. No problem. Now it's coming. Suddenly it occurs to you that we should postpone the flights by a few days. Machine maintenance or something like that. So that we don't lose the entire cost, we agree to 20 minutes instead of an hour of flight time. HANDS OFF. The 20 minutes were so-so. Thanks for nothing.

Experience to do at least once in a lifetime. Everything perfect, Kalon the pilot, fantastic. We also liked the playlist.

The flight was very impressive and the extra money to sit in the front was well worth it. The helicopter flew very slowly and there was enough time to see and photograph everything. I can only recommend.

Great sights, but awful customer service. The original tour was rescheduled to an afternoon flight and then ultimately cancelled and rescheduled for the next day. Before ground transportation showed up we called and confirmed our tour, after taking the 30 minute ride out we were told out flight actually had been cancelled but we could take the sunset tour, here is why I still gave them 3 stars. We were upgraded to the tour that stops at the bottom of the canyon, compd on the fuel surcharge and front seat upgrade. I would still recommend them, but book at the beginning of your trip expecting it to get moved to the right.

What a fantastic experience! Obviously as commercial as anything, but very neatly maintained and beautiful helicopters.
We opted for the Imperial tour of +- 50 minutes, yes slightly more expensive, but of course you see a lot more and the Little Colorado River is really very beautiful

In short.spectacular. Good service, very friendly pilot and impressive views.a once in a lifetime experience

Life experience. Expensive, certainly, but the spectacle you can enjoy on this tour is something unimaginable.
Showed up without a reservation (don't do it, we were lucky), we left 45 minutes later.

Great experience. A bit pricey but what a memory. I recommend 300% for anyone who wants to experience the Grand Canyon in all its grandeur.
