Dr Weinacker and staff were kind, empathetic and very supportive. I brought my kitty for an initial visit after a trip to the emergency clinic for what I thought was a UTI. Four days later during her appointment with Dr Weinacker she was much worse. He spoke honestly about her condition, renal failure, heart murmur and the possible UTI. He was willing to try to get her better so home we went with oral antibiotics. When the labs came back he called 3 times trying to reach me, my phone didn’t recognize the number so it wasn’t ringing on my end. When we finally connected he offered options but the best thing to do was to let her go. I can’t say enough about the team that was there the day she passed. I highly recommend this office and especially Dr Weinacker if you want frank honest information and support for your pet.

Have been taking my pets here ever since I was a kid. The vets and staff are amazing and they are always willing to work with you and the animal.

I Brought in my 2 kittens for a checkup as they seemed to have an eye infection the staff were lovely, but as soon as the Dr. Weinacker entered the room he began to make snarky belittling comments about how we should have brought them in sooner when we had only had them a few weeks he then proceeded to flush one of my cats eyes out and was not seen for the remainder of the visit. He even had the staff clean my other kittens eye so it could be checked on but he never returned or communicated after this not even to go over medication. The staff were great aside from Dr. Weinaker I will not be returning here.

Took my pup in as she was throwing up her food and it made me concerned. I also wanted just a general check up for her. Dr. K was very kind and you could tell he had a love for animals. However, his receptionists were not as kind. I want to start by saying the walls are VERY THIN so you will hear everything and i’m not so sure the receptionist knew this. As I waited for Dr. K in a separate room (for almost an hour) I heard multiple comments from the receptionist about me and my pup saying, “I know I told her she didn’t need to come in. I tried convincing her not to schedule. ” or “Why is she even here? ” If you are going to work in the animal care business, then you should know how much people love and care for their animals. Even if you believe something is not wrong with them I am the caretaker so I would know. I thought this was very rude on their part, considering I did pay for my services and called nearly a week ahead to schedule.

I love this place! Great staff. I have been taking my Annabella here for 3 years. She is my everything. I trust them 1000%. Grateful to have found them!

Unfortunately this was our worst vet experience. Doctor dismissed our cat’s chin cysts as nothing serious (weeks later the cysts have not gone away and we are seeking a new vet), did not give us any advice, and suddenly started to try to pop one with his bare hands before we stopped him.
We let him know we were on our lunch break. He checked over our cat and noted that our cat’s bladder was full and he probably needed to pee. Then he proceeded to tell us (his captive audience) random stories from his personal life for a full 45 minutes. It was awful— worse for our poor kitty.
Back when we first arrived, the front desk team (about 5 women) did not greet or look at us when we came in. They seemed totally drained, and when I asked if they were okay, they told us they were “just really tired”. I would be tired, too.

I went with a friend to check out this hospital as I’m shopping for a new vet. I thought the vet that saw her kitty had great bedside manner and overall it was a good experience. He answered my many questions and he was very friendly! The front desk staff was friendly as well and Lorie was so sweet. Definitely a contender to consider for for future vet needs for my babies.
