I didn’t want to review because I didn’t want to let out my secret. I love this office! Dr. Newman is my doctor. He delivered my daughter and I am now pregnant with my second child and it has been the best! I walk into this office and it’s like I’m visiting friends. But they are all still professional. Everyone is always kind and helpful. You never feel silly for asking questions. Dr Newman is awesome! He will be delivering all of the babies I have. I’m a nervous nelly in my first few months of pregnancy and he always puts my mind at ease and helps me through those tough few months. I cannot say enough how much I love this office!

I love the whole experience I had throughout my whole pregnancy and the birth of my child was amazing and loved have the same doctor through it all. Dr. Donnelly was amazing and very caring.

Dr. Deka was so personable and really took the time to get to know me as this was the first time I was meeting her. She took the time to answer my questions and made me feel confident about everything. I look forward to her being my doctor for years to come.

Dr. Deka is kind, compassionate & extremely intelligent. She is a wonderful Dr.who makes me feel very well cared for.

Dr. Crum is amazing. She is happy to answer any questions and if you are concerned about something she will happily do what you request to put your mind at ease. Her nurse, Brooklyn is equally as wonderful.

Dr. Newman is amazing! From my first visit he has always made me feel comfortable. He has always taken his time to answer any question I have; most of the time I swear he reads my mind and is already answering the questions before I can ask.

The office staff is always very polite and courteous! I also have never had to wait more than a few minutes for any appointment.

Loved this place. I saw Dr. Deka and Newman delivered my son. During my time there, every staff member, nurse, and nurse practitioner were incredible. Dr deka often was called to deliver when I had my apts so I saw Laura and Margaret the NPs and never once felt like the care was in jeopardy. My sweet boy arrived 25 mins before his due date and as healthy as can be. Newman did a great job delivering. Serious and straight to the point, which is exactly what needed to happen to get him out safely. The post partum check up was fine but not sure the one 8 question paper really could tell me how I was feeling truly lol. I really wish there was a way even a portal message could come out and ask how is everything. Those first 3 weeks are hard and that was the time to be checked in on. They are busy though, so that is not something to add to their plate and great whenever you called and needed them. Jamie always responded quickly and bethany does an amazing ultrasound visit.

Please reconsider making an appointment at this office. I went in for a wellness exam, as a new patient, and 80% of it was Margaret Gossett NP, pushing me to be on birth control. I understand suggesting it but she was extremely pushy, to the point of it becoming uncomfortable. I explained I had tried it before and it gave me severe depression but apparently that wasn’t enough. After denying her many attempts to convince me, her tone shifted and any question I asked after that, somehow related back to my reluctancy to take birth control. For example, I expressed my concern about infertility due to endometriosis and her response was, “well the one thing that will fix it, you don’t won’t to do, so. ”. She didn’t give any further guidance or soothe my fear of being unable to conceive in the future. My appointment ended very soon after with close to nothing more than “you can check out now”. No information on how to receive test results, no answers to my questions and no comments about my exam. If I hadn’t developed the skill of learning to say no and stand your ground, I would have folded and just did it to avoid conflict. It is wrong to bully young women into taking birth control, especially when you don’t warn them about what it could do to their bodies. I left feeling worse than when I arrived and it was a complete waste of time. Please reconsider becoming a new patient here, especially if you’re within college age.

After finally becoming pregnant after many years struggle and losses and fertility treatment I went to what I thought what was going to be the best care I could get for myself and my baby. I first saw Dr. Newman who was incredibly inappropriate and acted as if he could care less that he was seeing a patient and a new patient at that so I switched immediately to Dr. Donnelly. Oh boy! This woman is arrogant and extremely pushy. She pushed vaccines on me my entire pregnancy. She was in no way pleasant the whole 9.5 months! She truly put my son at risk and made me push and hold myself up to where tore every muscle from neck, shoulders and arms and would not let my husband, mother or nurse help hold my legs as I pushed for over 3 hours at 9.5 and he was sunny side up at that. I couldn't even hold my son for the first week without having help. My son came out not breathing after a extremely hard labour. So bruised and cone headed. It did not have to be the way it was. I can go on but I will just say that this office is terrible and their doctors are careless and vaccine pushers that put mothers and newborns at risk for so much.

Absolutely love this place, the Dr's and nurses! Always friendly and they listen! They do run late sometimes but just know it is because they take their time with everyone, including you! I see Dr Crumb. She is sweet and Frank which is so refreshing. I had a few complications during my pregnancy. She was very comforting, and only treated what she needed too. Hope this helps in your search!

Dr Deka is fantastic however i cannot say the same about the staff working at the billing department, it’s always a mess and they are not the nicest, same thing for the only person in charge of doing the blood test.
There is also the problem with waiting time, you can sometimes wait 45 min to an hour past your appointment to see someone, it can be quite frustrating

I've been going to Dr. Donnelly for over 14 years. I have never once felt rushed through an appointment. In fact, when I don't have questions, she will ask me several more times just to make sure and is always informative regardless. She is gentle, and makes sure you don't go home feeling un-eased about anything. I had the awesome opportunity to also see my friends baby be delivered by her. This assured me that I would also want Dr. Donnelly to be my doctor for pregnancy as well. Any concerns I may have, I trust that she will have me in her best interest.

Unfortunately, the OBGYN group staff that handles billing is the complete opposite of competent and caring. They will rush you along, and not give you the proper information the first time. They appear to hate their jobs, and always have a rude attitude. I go here 1-2 times a month, and it's always the same story. I would advise double, and triple checking whatever they tell you. Whether it has to do with insurance, simply setting -up appointments and details of the appointment, look into it several times. I experience a different situation every time usually having to do with lack of communication, and it has made my pregnancy more stressful.

One star for having a person present at Desk I called to schedule well woman exam. I have Medicare and office person said one doctor took Medicare. I scheduled appt. The office called to remind me of appt a couple days ahead. I completed all the forms. There are a lot and a lot of duplication present I showed up for my appt.on a Monday and was told that they stopped accepting Medicare the Friday before. Thanks for notifying me! If they called to remind me of appt why not tell me then. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. I emailed office administrator but haven’t heard back.

Was treated terribly by everyone in this office on my one and thankfully only visit after being referred to them by my primary dr when I found out I was pregnant. The nurse who did my ultrasound more then obviously did not care about me or my baby, more treated me like a problem that shouldn't be there. Would not recommend these rude people to anyone.

Don't go to this office my wife has given very poor offensive service by Dr. Newman he was uncooperative she has experienced such rude treatment wasn't expected.
Safe your time and money

I have been going to Dr. Newman and Paradise Valley OBGYN for over 15 years now. The whole staff is amazing to work with. He delivered my 3 kids, my sister's 3 kids, and one of my brother's babies. He truly has had an important role in our family. I've been able to get to know Dr. Deka and Dr. Crum as well and love them both too! You really are blessed to be seen by any of the doctors and staff at this practice! They truly do care about their patience and love what they do.

Dr. Lara was great. She listens to your needs and wants. Her bedside mannors are wonderful. They aren't cold or degrading in the least bit. A lot of pregnant women intake.that's okay pregnant or not they'll take care of you. I highly recommend them. You won't be sorry.

Atrocious. We have had our appointment with PV OBGYN for two weeks and it is not until I drive down to see my doctor (who by the way did my delivery) am I THEN told that they are not going to be able to see me because of my secondary insurance.

I told them that I would gladly pay out of pocket my primary coins/deductible for my primary if need be but was still turned away.

Excellent service.
Dr. Deka, I am highly disappointed after all we have been through.
