Mike does excellent work. I have known him for years and he has always given me first class service. I appreciate the other gentleman who helped put my bike in my car and was so patient with the time table it took me to pick up my bike.

I had a good experience at Paragon Cycling. I took my road bike in for a minor problem with multiple tubes not inflating. They fixed that, and cleaned it up so the shifting is smoother. It was ready in a couple of days and the price was reasonable.

We had a friend coming in for the weekend, hoping to do some riding. We had neglected to check the bike she would be riding until the last minute. To our dismay, we had two tires that needed to be replaced along with tubes. The crew at Paragon managed, even during a busy day, to have my bike ready by the end of the day! I am so grateful.

Always a pleasure to stop by Paragon Cycling. I just went to pickup a couple of items because I'm reasonably sure I'll get the right part at a good price.

Took my new Priority 600X hard tail in to check a noise I was having when the pedals rotating. One pedal just needed tightening. Quick fix. No charge. First time to this establishment. I will be back.

Ray and his team are skilled and friendly. They have done repairs, fixed flats and the last tuneup made it feel like a new bike. I highly recommend them.

I bought an used Trek hybrid from a reseller to use while I'm in town and it was pretty uncomfortable for me. Ray was a huge help setting me up with a comfy saddle and proper grips that don't cause my wrists to get sore. Rob told me about all the good trail systems in and around town. They also talked me into getting a helmet. It's surprisingly comfortable and light weight. Safety first! Go see these guys!
