It was a very pleasant experience after I got in the office. Very confusing place to find The front door was locked or broken several of us had to stand in the 100 degree weather until someone walked out The staff were kind and Dr was personable and explained every thing well in regards to my plan of care I was taken to the lab by the med asst left there and when I was done I had no idea where I was which way to go to find my husband in the lobby I was glad to get back home that day

The office staff was warm, engaging, GREAT PERSONALITIES! PA awesome! The doctor very knowledgeable, and gave me a referral to the right specialist!

He doesn’t care about his patients. Go find someone who will actually listen to you and doesn’t just dismiss your valid concerns.

There are no words to describe my satisfaction & respect for Dr. Sidhu. For my age, I've got severe osteoporosis. He works tirelessly trying to treat me. He is not only incredibly knowledgeable but passionate & kind. His staff is the same. I leave the office with every question answered and info I didn't even didn't know to ask regarding this darn bone issue. Thanks a million Dr Sidhu & Crystal

After me being a patient of Dr Sidhu for several years & my husband for over a year, we're sadly going to have to leave the practice. They hired on a new medical assistant, I don't know his name but he's absolutely useless. I met him once when he was new & I took his lack of people skills as nervousness. No, he is useless. I told him on one telephone visit I was having difficulty hearing him, he made no effort to fix it. He sent the order for my bone density to the wrong company. After I got that fixed I sent a note letting them know it was done. He called & said they can't find the results & I should go to the facility and sign release documents. I explained this wasn't necessary since they ordered it. A few days later, I got the results from Dr Sidhu.
We're now waiting over 2 weeks for lab results for my husband. These labs were drawn 100 ft away by the lab in Honor Health. As a result, my husband is without any medication for his RA. I have sent notes through the portal. This medical assistant called & told me the labs aren't in and the drug is in short supply. In the meantime, my husband has no medication.

Crystal was such an asset to Dr Sidhu's practice. I'm changing my 5 star rating to 2 stars because of this medical assistant. I'm so frustrated. I hate needing to find a new specialist.

He is the best! I was using a walker when I came to him been in alot of pain in my joints my hands & feet were swollen badly and no dr could tell me what was wrong. Sidue ordered a lot of blood work & scans and in no time I was getting better. He is the best and highly recommend him

This doctor was absolutely disrespectful and uninterested.
He would not talk directly to me but to my mother, who drove me to the appointment. Cut me off. Belittled my pain. Belittled my existing doctor and a partial diagnosis. Disagreeing with it due to it not being common and then admitting no knowledge of endocrine disorders. He would cut me off mid sentance and would not even hand papers. To me. I have been in undiagnosed chronic widespread pain for 14 years. It is doctors like this that cause a broken system. I felt like cattle to this man who had little regard for his patient.
The only good experience I had at this office was with the assuring nurse Amanda. She was very kind and patient centered.
