I love the work they do but I made an appointment and still had to wait an hour. They were very busy.

I went in on recommendation from my sister because her nails were so nice, but mines didn’t turn out that way. It felt like my nails were basically being rushed. I asked for blue French tip and the blue was so crooked and you can see where they glued the fake nail on. I really wanted to like them but they weren’t worth $65 in my opinion.

Today they lost my loyalty. In the middle of my pedicure the tech literally stopped doing mine and started working on another customer’s? ! When I asked what was happening, he ignored me. I had to ask four different technicians why I’m suddenly not being helped. It took 15 minutes to get someone to finish my nails, and that made me late for work. Then when I was rung out, they had the nerve to tell me it was $80 since gel polish was removed. I refused to pay that, so the took some money off.

What a scam.

I will literally never return here.

By far the very worst service and my nails are horrible! Too much to text! My eyebrow waxing was perfect but the dude that did ny nail charged me $80+ for a full set that I went back to have him repaint them cuz the sides weren't even done and then the next day nails began breaking off! I wouldn't send the chick my dude cheated on me with there seriously!

Fantastic customer service. I was not very pleased with my $55 gel pedicure, but she did try to fix the different mistakes I brought to her attention. Possibly still learning and honing her craft. They look fine from standing up distance, but a closer look reveals not fully polished toe nails and bumps. Everyone there was so kind and accommodating to my two small children that tagged along with me. Worth repeat business on kindness and professionalism alone. Over all a great experience. Pedicure could use a little fine tuning.

Horrible service! The nail tech had the attention span of a child. She did not even massage my feet. I will not be going back and I will never recommend them.

I needed a pick me up and these guys did amazing. I love the decor and atmosphere, and my nails come out beautifully done.

I've been here before and loved it but today I hate my nails. I guess it matters on who you get. The gel is lumpy, acrylic is on my finger. Not happy at all and cost me $50

1st time going to this AMAZING NAIL SALON, I AM OBSESSED! AMY took care of me! And was the sweetest ever! All the other employees were nice as well! I'm hooked and am officially a regular now! AMY took her time, and the reference photo I showed her she nailed it!? I'LL BE BACK IN TWO WEEKS FOR A FILLING?

This was my first time here, I’ve tried other nail salons in Tucson, but this one is my new favorite! Amy did my nails and she was super nice and did a really good job:)

I came here to get a set of nails fixed from another shop. The woman who did my nails was happy to fix them and so kind.

The people were so nice. We walked in with 4 pedicures, 2 manicures, a fill, and a full set. We were served right away all together. They were gentle with my 93 year old grandmother and very attentive. They listen to what you want and they deliver! I will definitely be going here from now on.
