Very nice place but very hard to get into my credit and rental history weren't good enough to get in very friendly staff

I have lived here for almost 4 years and I do like it here. The maintenance crew is so friendly and things get fixed quickly. But, the water gets shut off very often. My biggest complaints is that the fences in a lot of the apartments are broken, tipping over or are missing a section and what is supposed to be your backyard or patio is exposed. I have been asking for my fence to get fixed since it is tipping and every time it is windy it rocks back and forth. It looks terrible. I have called and asked if they can fix the fence and each time I get told they will let maintenance know and 3 years later the fence is still leaning over and just looks horrible. I would much rather be told it isn't going to get fixed than to be told each time that they will "let maintenance know". The pictures you see on the website are misleading. The fences make the community look terrible. I will be uploading pictures soon. Is it really to much to ask to get the fence fixed?

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Christi or Kristi, however her name is spelt, is unprofessional and racist. She has racially profiled one our neighbors for 'Harrassment" with no physical evidence towards our other neighbor. It just isn't fair because nobody interacts with them. They deserve much better. They've lived here for YEARS before she even became manager, not once have they had complaints nor acted out of pocket, so ridiculous.

We had our AC catch fire and go out on a weekend, we called the office and Loretta and her staff was on top of everything, she dispatched Miriam to take a look at things, Mariam was very knowledgeable and very friendly, she went out of her way to bring us a portable unit, and kept us updated on when a vendor was coming. Never had an issue with Management getting work done in the 2 years we've been here.

My family has lived here for 2 years and have absolutely loved it! The management staff is very attentive and quick to solve any issues we may have experienced and I can't say enough good things about the maintenance staff! We had an excellent experience living at Park Shadows. Well deserved!

The water bill is extremely high, more than a house water bill. You raised the rent like if you were staying at a luxury apartment. To many hidden fees. You charge for everything even a cam fee. My fence was knocked down a year ago by the monsoon an it was never fixed. Fences are falling a part.

I've loved at Park Shadows for a year now. The maintenance department is friendly, very helpful, and always able to fix the problem I'm having. It may not always be in a timely manner for big project fixes but that's only because their hands are tied due to office and insurance/financial holds. The office staff have been very friendly and helpful also.

Maintenance crew is always a pleasure high energy always smiling and laughing and excellent work thank you for being there when I need you!

Parkshadows family has helped mine live a better life and went above and beyond to fix the issue we where having with our place. They are always on the same page and so helpful with whatever we need in this community. I thank you guys for going above and beyond and making this a better place for us & fixing everything that needed to be done. They also did it in a timely convenient matter. They do an awesome job keeping this place up & nice & clean! Thank you for all the hard work you guys did this week taking care of everything that needed to be done! I appreciate the whole team more than you know and I’m proud to be a park shadows resident!

Very friendly and efficient staff! Made the move- in instructions very clear. The neighborhood itself is quaint and peaceful.

My daughter locked herself in her room and I was freaking out because we don’t have a key and my partner wasn’t home to help all while trying to feed my new born. My partner called the maintenance and within 10 minutes Marian came and was able to get her out for me. Not only that but she was extremely kind and friendly when my daughter stated freaking out behind the door, she also offered to get us a new door knob with no lock and left a key for the other doors. Would rate Marian 10/10 best of the best.

They give you the impression they will work with evictions but beware it's a tactic they use to get you to do the application which has a fee of $54 if you know you have an eviction they are NOT EVICTION FRIENDLY KEEP LOOKING and the white lady with curly hair was hella rude and seemed happy about the outcome JS!

I don't have a lot of complaints, it was made pretty simple and the ladies in the office made the application and paperwork easy. Thank you.
