Parts Authority, Phoenix AZ

I have to review after coming back from vacation my car battery was dead i got it from here and was told as a precaution to take a pic of my receipt which I did anyway i went to get a replacement as I still had warranty these guys took great care didnt ask to see anything I was out in ten min I live in west phx but ill travel just for the service

I have no idea how parts stores stay in business with this place around. I have an 07 BMW and the parts are either special order or half my rent from the dealership. They always have everything I need in stock and a great prices. I’ve had 2 separate interactions with Rick and both times A+

I highly recommend if you need a part at the least try here 1st, you probably will not be disappointed

Mark n Rick in recieving were atrociously rude, screaming n yelling at me for no good reason otha than I'm here on Thursday n not Monday. Unbeknownst to me, tha lil driver, all this was horrible.
Never been chased and screamed at by company personnel in my life.
Wow, I'm still sorta in shock. How embarrassing for Parts Authority, these 2 men representing your company in this fashion.

Quality parts fast. It's a bit of a drive for me but it's worth it to be able to get OEM parts every time.

Really bad expirence they wouldnt price match on same brand thay you can get on pepboys or oreilly really rude and they get upset when you try to save a little bit of money on the same stiff i dont recomend it at all upur better off down the street on pepboys they will at least price match no questions no hassle dont ever come here to parts authority not worth it not even student discounts or any

Great Place to get parts at a great price. Workers are always friendly. Service is quick and hassle free. They make sure they take care of their customers needs.
