Paseo Family Dental and Dentures, Glendale AZ

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Paseo Family Dental & Dentures, and I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction with their billing practices. I visited their office located at 6120 W Bell RD, Ste 170, Glendale, AZ 85308, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend their services based on my experience.
Firstly, I received multiple bills from this dental office for charges that were completely unknown to me. Despite my efforts to inquire about the nature of these charges, the staff refused to disclose any details. They insisted that my insurance should cover the expenses. However, upon contacting my insurance company, I discovered that everything had already been paid upfront and there was no outstanding balance owed to the dental office.
Despite this, Paseo Family Dental & Dentures continued to send me invoices repeatedly, creating unnecessary confusion and frustration. After enduring this persistent billing cycle for an extended period, I reluctantly decided to settle the matter by paying an excessive amount of over $150 for these undisclosed charges. Despite my payment, they still refused to provide me with any explanation regarding what exactly these charges were for.
This entire experience has left me deeply disappointed and dissatisfied with Paseo Family Dental & Dentures. Their lack of transparency and unwillingness to address my concerns regarding these mysterious charges is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with their billing practices.
I hope that my review serves as a cautionary tale for those considering seeking dental services at Paseo Family Dental & Dentures. It is essential to be aware of their uncooperative approach to billing and the potential for undisclosed charges that they are unwilling to explain.

I called their office with a problem. A crown had fallen off. They got me in very quickly. Very thorough. Took the time to talk to me, I got that crown cleaned up and reset very quickly. No problems

Thank you to all the staff, We often don't give 5 stars. But the personal interest shown by Dr. Chug & the staff was very much appreciated. Also would be happy to recommend.

For the longest I had trouble finding a good dentist and had some bad experiences but ever since I’ve came to see Dr. Chugg I have had the best experience and feel so comfortable and love all the staff and my girls at the front desk are awesome and I won’t go to any other dentist but here! I appreciate all the staff for making me comfortable and hearing any questions I have. Thank you

They got me in same day for a dental emergency! God is so good! I had waited over a year when I was with my previous dentistry because it was going to be a couple grand to get a root canal and crown, and at Paseo, with my insurance, it was around $1,118 and my insurance covered $1,000. I really thought I would never be able to get it done and save a couple grand but Paseo was able to get me in same day, get the root canal done, and then scheduled the crown for the next week to wait for my insurance! I am so grateful and the entire staff was so kind! The dentist even let me play worship songs as he did the root canal!

Everyone that I came into contact with was so kind and they made sure to explain everything it’s a beautiful office I highly recommend them if you need and dental work they are amazing

I would have given 5 stars but I called in to reschedule my appointment do to the fact I was not feeling good first thing Im told is a 25.00 fee for same day reschedule so I was not happy.

First class service, me and my wife had our teeth cleaned here best clearing we ever received in our life, our hygienist has OCD on tartar, absolutely incredible she has the Magic Touch!

I have had my teeth cleaned there for over 3 years. Early on I was advised a crown needed relacing and i waited til just last week to consent. No hard sale, just gentle reminders I ought to consider it before worse decay. I took novocain for the temporary and never felt any pain. The best part was the real crown was put in yesterday and I was so thrilled how beautifully it fit, plus I didn't need to be numbed. It only took a half hour and I was back to chewing and eating as usual. Expert teamwork!

The service and staff are second to none. They are truly the top shelf of business. Very professional and friendly.

My husband and I are both patients at this practice and we both highly recommend. I found Dr. Chugg's office while looking for a sedation dentistry practice due to horrible dentist experiences in the past. Everyone in the office is very welcoming and professional and we are glad we found this office.

I'm in my 30s and i was so scared to get my tooth pulled that i was crying.dr chugg was so patient and did everything he could to calm me down.when i tell you he got that tooth out with hardly any pain at all omg i was in shock.the after pain only lasted that day.here i am 2 days later and it's like i didn't get a tooth pulled at all. I'm so happy my friend recommended this place i made this location my primary location to get anything i need done.they were so patient with me and Dr chugg had a nice sense of humor that really helped me feel comfortable.the assistant, he was awesome to.just an all around great office. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ANY DAY. THANK YOU!

I found this place by chance bc they accept my insurance for my husband. I liked them when I needed work a few months later I went there. They were fast friendly and did great work. I will be returning.

I been a regular patient since last year. The staff is always polite and professional and knowledgeable. I feel relaxed when coming here for dental work. Dr. Chugg always answers my questions and concerns. The office is always clean, the instruments being used on ne ate all wrapped. I recommend this place to any looking for dental work.

Great place! The people are so friendly and gentle. It had been about 10 years since I had been to the dentist but they were so nice. They explained all my treatment and payment options.

Call to get my husband in on a Friday and was able to schedule for the next Monday for some wisdom teeth that have been bothering him. They were able to get my insurance to cover it it's okay zero out of pocket and did the procedure the same day. Very pleased with the service and the professionalism of the dentist. The receptionist and the x-ray technician were very professional as well. Definitely found ourselves a new family dentist that we will not dread going to.
