Dr Chiasson and his staff at NW medical Center are great. Extremely helpful even when they are backed up they do not forget about you. I look forward to working with them in the future as well

Initial consult was great. He communicated well. Explained understandably when asked questions. Has the reputation for being skilled with the latest techniques, so I feel very confident in his care!

Dr C is a good doc but his office failed to notify me when he was out of town and it conflicted with an endoscopy scheduled at NW hospital. I was all prepped, had fasted, had an IV in my arm when a nurse came in to tell me Dr C is not coming. - The hospital was not notified either. They still had me scheduled. Additionally, after not receiving a phone call from his office I placed a call to the office mgr, left a message to please call me. She never returned my call. This is unacceptable behavior and there should be some accountability.

Staff wasnt helpful on phone and kept cutting me off, and changed date without telling me i am new to arizona its stressful enough and staff should be more kind the dr is excellent but staff watch out. Esp when i live 2 hrs away!

My ex husband had been rushed into the Oro Valley Hospital ER with a gallstone and a ruptured appendix at the same time. Dr Chiasson was on call. He did the surgery that was needed. My then husband was laying in his bed in a room after the surgery was done. Still very out of it from the anesthesia. Dr. Chiasson came into the room and started yelling at him telling him that the reason he needed these surgeries was because he was overweight and that he needed to lose 100 pounds. I am in the medical field and in no way is being over weight a sign or symptom of a gallstone or a ruptured appendix. His bedside manner was so appalling. I was so disgusted with him and his attitude that even if I wanted or needed to have anything done in the future I would end up going somewhere else. No way would I let him touch me or anyone else in my family. So rude and unprofessional.
