Staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Prices are slightly higher than big box stores, but the time and advice you get will save you money and time over the long haul. You can have confidence that the staff can and will help. You will get your chore done quickly, correctly, rather than spend your whole weekend guessing thanks to the help you get. Highly recommended.

You happen to be anything but white they'll linger and bother you like they're trying to stay busy where you are. Just ask for the manager and they back up but I feel it shouldn't even be that way.

Came here cause I was near by and needed a key made, should have went somewhere else! Normally it’s like $1.50 for a key but they charge $3 and when I only brought $3 in because I didn’t think it would be that much I was wrong when the gentleman said it would be $3.22. It was pouring rain out and I had to run to my car with a 1 year old for 22 cents. Customer service doesn’t seem to be their thing. Won’t be going back.

Thomas at the Gilbert and Baseline store was amazing! I was looking for a particular ice chest but he didn't have the model I wanted in stock. He told me he would call the manufacturer to see when the next shipment would come in and would call me back. Thomas called me about 10 minutes later to tell me that one of the other stores had it in stock and they would hold it for me. I picked it up the next day!

Had exactly what we needed for an excellent price after we had been to two other stores looking

Had what I was looking, vinyl hose washers, 5 qt metal paint pail great for oil paints and varnish

Great friendly staff. Allways willing to help a customer.has everything you will need for car or home.and a reward program.

I came in looking for bolts when asked if I needed help I told him what I needed and was pointed in the direction of the nuts and bolts. After about 10 minutes of unsuccessfully finding what I was looking for I had to go and find somebody at the front of the store to come and help me. Not really living up to the helpful hardware folks today.

This is a great store. When you can't find what you need at the big box store and get sick of walking miles, come here. Staff is very friendly and more than willing to help you.

Staff are typically pretty friendly and helpful. Nice variety of hardware and whatever else you need around the house. Sometimes worth the trip to the bigger stores like home depot if you are looking for something specific.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Always willing to assist. Store is very clean. Stocked with just about everything I need and want. Lots of unusual, quirky items that you won't find anyplace else. Thanks.

Always like going there.they ask me if I need help and they actually provide it.and they haven't steered me wrong. The free bag of popcorn doesn't hurt. It always smells good whether I get it or not.

Went to get paint to paint my backsplash in my kitchen I hate. The man behind the counter told me to use a different type of paint than I was looking for. He was right and the internet was wrong (imagine that). Love this place, never been steered wrong.we

Helpful staff and large selection of hardware. Beats walking around the home improvement giants for everyday projects

Everything I have ever bought in this store has been excellent, real TRUE VALUE.
The people managing their place in the store are steps above other stores, in their helpful ways to be there for the customer.

UPDATE: Just checked in here again today, and Pete was super awesome! I needed help with getting some keys made and he was able to get me taken care of in less than five minutes. Now I have a few spare keys for my cars, and it was only around $10 for everything! Lowes and Home Depot didn't carry the keys I needed. I'm going to ACE for all the keys I need from now on.

ORIGINAL: This place is awesome! Everyone here is friendly and attentive. I was greeted the second I walked into the door, and within seconds they were helping me with the things I needed. Richard helped me cut a few sheets of plywood, and he was cool enough to take his time and work with me on getting all the cuts right. In the past I had gone to Lowe's and Home Depot, but neither cares about their employees or their customers. Both have told me that they'll only cut lumber to fit your vehicle.

This store really has customer servive down pat. They treat you well from the time you enter the store. When I need advice for a challenging project and want to kick around ideas, the staff here is knowledgeable and good at thinking outside the box. Whether plumbing, electrical or some other k in nd of project I get good advice here. I definitely recommend. The also have those hard to find parts or can go out how to get them.
