12 I Had an appointment today showed up 15 minutes early staff initially was pleasant. I Was in the office for over an hour and a half the amount of time someone spent touching my teeth including X-rays was less than 15mins.
The dental hygenist spent maybe 10 minuets in the room total. Asked no history questions. Jumped straight to Z, telling me to come back because she didn’t have time (mind you this isn’t even 10 minutes in to my scheduled appointment time) I was trying to avoid making an appointment whilst avoid being difficult but she wasn’t taking no for an answer.
Dr Bryan then came in and was nice - but again he wasn’t taking no for an answer.so he agreed to change the overselling dental hygienist plan of care (I don’t need numbing I don’t need laser I don’t need antibiotic) and I agreed to try and give the dental hygienist a try.
After over an hour in the chair talking In circles to come to the above agreement - I am told to wait in the waiting room and someone will call me up with the estimate for the next appointment.they wanted to charge me nearly $1,000 AFTER they billed my insurance for this deep cleaning. For someone with no real issues or complaints - no root canals, no fillings needed I was dumbfounded. I don’t deny that a deeper cleaning may have been needed as I had traveled for several years and as a healthcare worker during covid I wasn’t allowed to be seen— but 1k?
The front desk staff became annoyed when I declined to sign as they were still trying to charge me for things I didn’t agree to- the front desk staff said that all changes and charges could be discussed at the next visit…
Right… then why am I being asked to sign an agreement to pay form today with charges I don’t ageee to?
I got the impression from all 3 of the staff I had direct concat with - that my response was the typical one and then patients leave and don’t come back- so maybe change your care model?
Maybe build a report with your patients first?
Otherwise you’re not providing any care and asking patients to drop thousands of dollars?
Great and friendly place they take care of you quickly and efficiently as well as with no judgement shown
Dr Block takes excellent care of our family. Recent visit was great with his hygienist who’s worked there five years. I recommend Pavilion to all my clients that move here from out of town!
During my recent root canal retreat experience, Stephanie went above & beyond to get me in with an endodontist at who took our insurance and offered nitrous in-between air vacations! As well, Teri at reception and Liz in hygiene have always treated us like family over the decades Dr. Block & his associates have taken excellent care if us:)
Been going there almost 10 years and always happy with my experience. I moved farther away but still get my dental work done there!
I appreciate how quickly i got in to be seen and how they were able to get me treated same day.
I really like Pavillion dental. The staff is great and Dr. Wytko is an awesome dentist with impeccable skills and a sweet demeanor. I've only had successful experiences here. They also have an in house lab and can create crowns in one day. Highly recommend!
From the moment I stepped through the front door and for the duration of my exam and treatment appointments, The Pavilion Dental Team were warm, courteous, and engaged. Teri in the front office helped me sign up for a low cost dental coverage plan that made my dental care costs affordable. Dereck was really friendly and efficient when taking X-rays and preparing me for what to expect throughout my visit. Dr Block is a rare, one of a kind find, when it comes to Dentists. He’s super personable, and does great work in a timely manner. I just can’t rave enough about my experience at Pavilion Dental.

Save your self and go to a different dental office! I had a completely botched root canal done by one of the dentist here, they couldn’t numb the pain and was in the chair for over 6 hours, I have never been in more pain in my life and I have had 4 kids!
I felt the whole thing it was horrific. Then same dentist did a filling on a later date didn’t file the filling down, I should have known it wasn’t going to be done right after that experience. All meanwhile my husband has been trying to get into a cleaning for over a year and half to be continually rescheduled over 6 times due to their “office schedule. ” He finally got in an appointment today that they didn’t reschedule. His appointment was at 1: 00pm and they took X-rays and he sat for 2 hours to wait to be cleaned and seen by the dentist. He still as I type this is at the den Waiting to be seen. This place does not respect your time! I would go elsewhere! We will not be returning!

Had a filling that came out, and they got me in right away. I saw Maria Wytko and she was absolutely amazing. One of the best experiences I have ever had when it comes to dental work.
