Pawn1st, Surprise AZ

Went there to check on buying my wife a new ring. The Younglady and my wife hit it off very good. The customer service was excellent so we had one more place to look at rings. We left came back in an hour and I paid her for her new ring around 1500.00. Because she took care of us so well I came back yesterday and bought a gun. She has Knowledge of guns also she knew more about guns than I did Great Customer Service everyone at the store who I talked to!

One of the best experiences I've ever had inside a pawnshop, and let me tell you I've seen my fair share. The store has pretty much everything you could think of! What's most amazing is the way they handle their customers very time efficient and polite. The great deals on everything, I couldn't be more happier today! MUST GO SEE!

Really despise this store. I've come here a few times in hopes of getting a fair price for merchandise brought in.they always wanna lowball offers like I'm a crackhead or something. And some of the employees have the worst attitudes.save yourself a trip and avoid this place at all cost.

New management that sucks, no grace period on tickets, exorbitant fees, cash only for payments to renew or retrieve items. Won't use again.

Rolando was great to work with, he did a screaming good deal for our 14 year old son. He bought multiuse tools leatherman and Gerber for less than $5 each. In December a different associate gave our teen age daughter a wonderful deal too. Gold icicle earrings priced at $ 130 for $80. He told her to name her price. We love Pawn 1st!

Dont go here there bbb rating is a F and they deserve it! They have tons of good reviews do the research to figure out who posted the review mostly former employees for customers from other stores this location is garbage was selling a gun safe the retailer sells the safe for $619 the same save sales on eBay for between 500 and $550 I took the gun safe to this location they offered me $75 I took the safe to a different pawn shop and was instantly offered 250 my way up to 300

Great staff, every time we go we love it. Daughter got gold icicle earrings for 80, they were priced at 130 and the sales man waited for her to debate and said name your price. She loves them. Our son buys multi use tools and pocket knives from Gerber, Leatherman, MGC, Browning and Buck, and Rolando hooks him up for less than $5 each.

I asked for $5 extra for the ring im selling. Perfectly ring with tiny diamonds and other stones. She wouldnt give that 5$. That says it all that.dont bother atthis place. I strongly feelthat she does not have enough experience. Dontwaste yourgoods atthisplace

It was very simple quick and easy and Debbie Hoffman assisted me and made my title loan go very smooth. She was very nice and professional and would definitely do business with her in the future.
